We needed a waterproof, warm, and multi-functional blanket for a month-long car trip with our 90# Rottweiler. Sure, we booked dog-friendly motels, but this princess needs to be on a couch or bed, so the blanket protected the upholstery or/and bed, as she slept on the waterproof side (keeping fur off the bed). When we hit the 9000ft altitudes of Colorado and were staying in a travel trailer on a lake, we used it to keep us warm at night sitting around the fire (and yes, it is large enough to fit around 2 adults comfortably). The handy dandy cover with shoulder strap makes pack-up and transport to our car a cinch when carrying lots of luggage, dogbowls, rainjackets, etc. I have owned travel fleece blankets before - NONE were this large, yet light and compact, or waterproof, They tended to be stiff or small, like a throw, I got far more than I expected, and the trip was a huge success with our Rottie very comfortable on her cushy perches, protected from drool, hair, or dusty paws. SHHH....don't tell the dog -friendly motels about our secret or we won't be welcome back! Now you can take your pup on vacation without stress, or go to a rainy outdoor event, and stay warm, dry, and cozy.

I thought the blanket was very well made. The inside of blanket was nice and soft. I did not have an opportunity to test the waterproofing. The reason I gave "waterproofing" 5 stars, I place a tiny puddle of water on top of the blanket, waterproof side and it did not drain through. For two senior citizens the blanket was larger than needed. I was concerned we might trip on the excess while seated in the stadium stands. For "easy to fold" I gave it 3 stars due to sizing for us, folding would have also been a problem. For younger people there would be no problem in folding of the blanket. I did not use, unfortunately due to the size, I returned item.

This is a Beautiful large sized, lightweight, easily portable waterproof, wind proof blanket with an Amazing carry bag with removable shoulder strap. It is SUPER warm with it's 300 gsm fleece- which is almost impossible to find in a blanket in this price range. The waterproof portion is not too crinkly or stiff, it is actually very flexible. The quilting makes all the difference as there is no gap between the fleece and the waterproof layer AND it is much easier to roll up and get it into the bag. Do not doubt that you will use this all of the time and it is an easily justifiable purchase. Just get it- I know they are big enough to share but it is more fun to have your OWN. Just ask Opal (the pup)- she already took mine🥰

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the outside of the blanket is extremely noisy. Sounds like a trash bag which is annoying when using it as a blanket. I am going to wash it using the manufacturers instructions and hope that curbs some of the noise. Besides that it performs exactly as said, very warm, large, well made. Carrying case is also a nice touch, its big enough to easily put the blanket back into it with room to spare. I bought this for camping, floor in tent, and blanket in my hammock. It serves the purposes wonderfully.

Very warm and rain proof/resistant for sitting in changing weather.

This is so wonderful! I use it often. My dog likes it too. Stores great. Easy to take on the go. Soft & cosey. The waterproof bottom is everything!

I bought these because we couldn't find waterproof couch covers. We use these to cover the couch and loveseat. Our senior dog has occasional accidents. The "waterproof" couch covers we bought were not waterproof. This waterproof blanket solved our problem!

I attend a lot of my daughters softball games during summer. Many times the temp drops and it starts raining. Sometimes we have to sit in car but this blankets keeps us dry and warm. I don't know why I didn't buy this years ago. Love it. It covers me and my other daughter. Good buy.

Light weight but strong against cold and wind.
