Grounding Mat, Grounding Sleep Mat 54’’x 71’ Perforated Design 100% Conductive Carbon Leatherette Grounding Mats, Fits for Full Size

Product is excellent for what it is. Though... I went through the process of returning the first mat that I purchased and exchanging for a new one because the instructions on the listing telling how to measure the amps being conducted to make sure the mat is working properly. I used a multi meter testing first the outlet I am using to make sure it is properly grounded and then testing the mat as instructed in the photo on the listing. I used the voltage setting on the meter to test for grounding of the outlet and then the amperage setting to test the grounding mat. The problem I came to was that when using the amperage setting to test the mats conductivity there was no change from the reading of 0 on the multi meter. After returning and exchanging the first mat and then receiving the next I used the multi meters voltage reading setting to test the mats conductivity and found it to be in proper working order. This lead me to think that the first mat I received was likely not defective and the cause of my confusion being the unclear directions on how to measure the mats conductivity. Use the voltage reading setting on your multi meter and NOT the amperage reading setting when following the instructions to hold the positive lead and etc...

Tried using it for about 4 weeks. Actually got worse sleep which definitely didn't help the pain levels. Was uncomfortable like sleeping on leather or plastic. We noticed no evidence of actual grounding, like when swimming in a lake or waking barefoot in the grass. We began looking for any evidence that it was "grounded" we couldn't see any. We wanted to get a "cheeper" mat because we didn't want to try one out that cost several hundred dollars, so we tried this one. Wish I had decided to return it sooner, but I wanted to give it some time to see if it worked. After we didn't see any benefit, I felt we had used it long enough that it wasn't in "new" condition any more. My loss. Maybe hopefully I can save someone else the loss like we had. Wished I had kept it for pictures.

Very Nice Product. fits full size bed perfectly. I got the full size. Husband has no idea I put this on our bed and covered it with 100% cotton sheet. He sleeps more soundly and for the first time in a long time woke up with no back soreness. This has greatly helped me as well. This fits firmly on the bed mattress for no slippage with the large straps. Will buy again.

I didn't notice very much from 1 night to the other. But I do feel better in the morning over about 2 weeks, I don't feel like I'm inflamed as much.

As you can see in the picture my cat is really enjoying my grounding mat. I myself have found it very useful at night after I have ridden my bike. I have a whole process of cooling down after a bike ride. I've got a bad injury to my back needing surgery. So after my exercise I bathe put on all necessary ointments for inflammation and get in my bed and lay on my grounding mat. I feel so much better in the morning waking up with little to minimal pain. No tension or tightness it's amazing.I would buy the grounding mat again also in different sizes for other needs.

I had bought a Earthing bedsheet from the original creator of Earthing, but had to replace it. They are now charging almost $300 for it. This one for all intents and purposes appears IDENTICAL. Very pleased I could get it for a third of the price!Thanks!

I have had this several months. It’s been on my bed since it arrived. I cannot tell one bit of difference in how I feel or how I sleep. Not worth the money.

I really wish I loved this. I would have rather gotten a grounding pad or mat. We get very warm in bed and keep the house cold nights to enjoy blanket snuggles. Even in a cold house the material from this left us smelling of leather, hot, and sweaty. I got the breathable version and it was not breathable. Slept with it/suffered through it for 2 months (under a sheet) and finally took it off the bed. Did not notice significant changes in my body during use, but then again I do spend my day outside barefoot with the animals. Maybe I do enough grounding on my own. Feeling a little taken on this purchase. Wish I had saved my money. May give to my immune system compromised mom to see if she notices anything.
