Already had one.... but not this one...
I have all the gear from rods to cameras, yet nothing was touching a cabling job I faced. My existing steel fish was getting nowhere near. This however.... WOW, WOW, WOW! Perfect and did it first time! Klein Tools are fairly new to me, I will be using them again!

Not ideal for all situations
Tried to use this fish tape to run cable through a buried underground flexible duct which included a couple of bends (horizontal + vertical). The tape went in easy enough until it got to the second bend where the plastic tip started to catch the corrugated edge of the duct, no way I could get this tape to go around. In the end I used a cheap nylon fish tape which negotiated the bends without a problem. No doubt this tape is ideal for ducting which is all in the same plane.

Great piece of kit
Did exactly what it needed to. Great tool. Only negative which is how it is stored by a plastic clip to lock the rewind in place can be lost easily. Would also be helpful to have the distance on both sides of the line.

A Great Help in Threading Wires
Used it for fitting a new set of three lights in existing ceiling, and couldn't have threaded the new mains cable above the plaster board without it. Also used it for fitting new aerial lead from garage to existing socket on first floor.Yes it can require patience but so far it has won the day. Another great thing I have purchased

Jams immediately
Jams almost instantly, so it is impossible to use more than the first 2 or 3 feet. I recommend avoiding it and instead buying something else.

Feels sturdy, but isn't.
Plastic tip broke off on the second use, pulling 4mm² singles through 25mm PVC conduit. Doesn't bode well
