High quality and excellent service
Looks fantastic and is heavy and of high quality. One order arrived a bit scratched and they replaced it immediately with another one. Will order more with my next remodel.

Super item - great quality
Very nice item and great quality as well. I was a bit worried about airflow vs. the standard vent register, but it seems to have good flow as well. Seems well made, and looks amazing compared to the standard registers. I've bought about 8 of this brand so far, and they all have been top quality, each packed individually in a nice sturdy cardboard box to protect it.

Vent Cover
Looks nice, well made. Just like others have noted, problem with using it as a wall vent. The screws which are included are not long enough to install the clips. There are 4 screws already installed in the vent, and they provide you with 4 additional screws of the same size, all of which are too small to mount in the clips. Why the manufacturer would send 8 screws of the same size, none of which work, puzzles me. So I spent another hour+ on a trip to the hardware store to get screws that fit and will hold the clip. So others will know and save time, the screws are a metric size "M4" and need to be at least 1/4" long.

I think this is one of the nicest vents i have had ! I bought the wrong size but since it is so nice i will just keep and adjust for fit . Great customer service and i will buy from them again .

Non rust
These work very well and better than the ones they put on with the house when it was built!They are non rust an that’s a plus so it works for me!

Measure !!
These two vent covers arrived very quickly. I found them to be really good looking, and seemed to be very sturdy. However, I ordered the wrong size even after measuring..a small brain fart. So, they are on their way back ( easy returns!) and the proper size is on the way.

Look good but oil rubbed bronze comes off.
The oil rubb bronze started coming off this vent with only couple months use. Not good quality for the price.
