I previously left a review on these wooden spoons trying to clear up any confusion about the size of the spoons. I ordered my first set about a year ago and absolutely love these spoons. They are full spoon size, easy to clean, durable, and perfect for soup eaters who don’t want to burn their tongue on metal spoons. I recently bought another set and sent them to my mom. The size of these new spoons were miniature (photos of standard spoons as well as mini spoons are attached). I would imagine that the mini spoons are similar in durability etc, but unless you are feeeing a baby or want a condiment spoon I don’t see so much value in these mini spoons. All being said I am still leaving a 5 star review because I truly love that first set of spoons that I have, but it seems the sizing may be a luck of the draw type deal, therefore I will probably not order these again.

I like eating with wooden spoons.I do not know exactly why but it gives me more pleasure than having a metallic spoon in my mouth.So I searched on Amazon and this set of 4 wooden spoons.They are made of wood but there is no description about the type of wood used.A natural food safe lacquer was used to make themThey look good and large enough for adults, even if they are described as kid's spoons.I have great pleasure eating soups or any other food usable with a spoon with them.The price seems reasonable.They are wrapped differently on the handle to be assigned for instance to a unique user. Usually, kids do like that.4 stars because the lack of description of the type of wood. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.

When I bought these they had decorative strings on them that looked neat but came off and were just useless, that said I love these spoons and use them quite a lot.

Love these spoons. I have another set that aren’t anything as good as these. I’ve had them for I want to say 6mths now and still great. Plan on getting more to replace all my metal. Only thing I am noticing is string on handle is coming loose on a spoon. Other than that good. I boil them to clean them. Be mindful of them resting in sink, if you do that be sure to boil them to get all bacteria etc out killed

I bought these spoons for eating my oatmeal every morning, and they've proven perfect for that (stirring and eating), especially those few cautious mouthfuls, because they stay cool. A nice size (both in the length of the handle and the capacity of the bowl), lovely wood, artfully shaped, and delicately lacquered. For eating soup and hot cereal (I don't eat the dry stuff) they've become my go-to spoon. I can't quite see them for coffee and they're too big for little children. I wish these had been sent me free for a review, but, alas, I paid full price. Worth every penny.

These Spoons are nicely made, and beautiful. The finish on mine is a beautiful dark brown with a bit of orange tint, and evenly distributed. They are holding up to a few washes without splintering or fading. The size is more comparable to a tablespoon, rather than a "Kids" spoon as it states in the title. I use them as serving spoons, mainly for rice. the scoop is too big for me to eat from, but my husband eats from them.

They are pretty good, just wish the edges were a bit thinner. Edges are too thick to go into thick foods. Otherwise, they are pretty and useful.
