Update: I was contacted in April by an employee - Amber Jones - after seeing my review who indicated that they would like to send me a free replacement. The replacement was sent and when I received it I noticed that their were clearer instructions, especially the one that said do not use purified or distilled water. I really appreciated this. I can tell that it was important to the company that I had a good shopping experience with them.Now on to the product: the replacement has worked well so far. I decided to wait a while to update my review so that I could use it a bit. I use the steamer to to do hot oil treatments, deep condition, and also to re-moisturise my hair. I really love it and am I very grateful a replacement was sent.The steamer did not work. I put it on and it started beeping. Then it just stopped. It is not even coming on. I would like a refund. It was a waste of money for me.

I've used this steamer 3 times since purchase and so far so good. It emits a great deal of steam and its not too hot but warm enough that it feels like its adding moisture to my hair. My only complaint is that I wish the hood attachment was adjustable. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

My sister in law purchased this for me to support my hair salon business. I initially thought that no one would be interested. After 6 months of use, I’m pleased with the amount of positive feedback I’ve received from customers. It’s now a new service option to add to any wash and blow dry. Clients love the way the facial mask feels as it gently glides over the face opening pores and the inhalation benefits of essential oils. I also offer the hair steam which is very popular. It produces stronger, healthier, and dandruff free hair. It’s easy to setup using water and with a push of a button, the machines are working. Great beauty device!

The media could not be loaded. My first complaint is that the lid where you poor the water arrived broken. It will sit in place but not stay locked in. If you move the steamer slightly it comes off. The product also immediately stopped working as soon as the steam turned on and I sat under the hood of the steamer. It immediately mad a non stop bussing noise. I ordered this in may but just opened and used it today. I believe it has a 1 he warranty or at least a warranty with Amazon. Basics save your money. After reading the comments this seems to be a typical issue for this seller. At this point I want to know the process to send this item back and I want my money back. I’ve already gone ahead and spent the $125 for the professional hair steamer. It will be here in the morning. I’ve included the Amazon box and the box it was wrapped in to show I just opened this item. It should work just fine. I also followed the instructions provided to the t. This is not my first steamer but it is by far the worst one purchased. I would give 0 starts because 1 star is definitely too high. DO NOT BUY!EDIT/update:I was sent a replacement since the first item would not work and. It did the exact same thing. I should mention my replacement was received over a few months time and they still had the same issues. Do not buy this!!!! I know it looks nice but trust me when I say it doesn’t last. My mom ordered one that was hipped to her home in ga and while using it it just kept beeping and wouldn’t stop. These are defective

OMG! This hair and facial steamer is fantastic. I don't have to pay a fortune facials anymore! The set-up was super easy and it outputs a lot of steam for the face and hair. I also love that it automatically cuts off when the water is low. I will be buying this for gifts.

February 2023 will be 2yrs since I've had this steamer & it does the job well. I reached out to the company because the hood broke & they sent me another one FOR FREE!! Isn't that amazing!? I recently moved & guess what!? The second hood broke during the move lol! I dare not ask for another one & I almost threw this thing out! I wanted to see if the facial steamer (which is awesome for steaming your face by the way) would work on my hair, & success! There are only 2 buttons, steam & ionic steam. I always deep condition my kids & my hair with some type of heat for best results. Been natural since 2009 & this is the 3rd steamer I've owned. This comes in second place if I had to rank them. When I can afford another $400 steamer (🙄) I'll definitely be getting it but in the meantime I recommend this!
