Brooklyn Beans Cocomocha Craft Coffee Pods for Keurig 2.0 K-Cup Brewers, 40 Count

Over the past several years, I always had regular coffee pots, never K-Cups. I tried several coffees and liked some and did not like others, even famous brands. So this time I wanted to try K-Cups. I bought this variety. I knew I liked Vanilla and Hazelnut, and they are good in this brand. The flavor is not overpowering and the coffee taste really comes through.I wanted to make iced coffee so I made 8 oz. Then I added ice to it. I made 3 cups, one at a time. The first one was Vanilla. It had a slight tear in cap. Some of the cups had coffee on them. I used it anyway. The coffee grounds went all over the pot and into the cup. It tasted good anyway. Then I made caramel. I cut down a coffee filter and put it under the K-Cup. It worked very well. It tasted very good and I stored it in the fridge. The third was Hazelnut. I used the same filter. It worked okay, except it made a loud Pop towards the end. It ran out of water. This also tasted good and I stored in the fridge for later. I cleaned off the coffee pot without immersing it. I like the Brooklyn coffee very much. It was most affordable. I will continue using these K-Cups. The next day, I made a k-cup without a filter. It worked perfectly well and made a good cup of coffee. I just learned not to use a damaged one. Added: This Brooklyn Beans is my favorite Vanilla of all decafs I have tried. Will buy again.

I bought this product with high hopes because of the mixed reviews. I got it in and was surprised by the nice variety of coffee in the box. There were not many decafs which I am fine with since I typically do not drink decaf. I did however drink a cup of each of the coffees and wanted to give my input on the product. First off I loved the variety pack since I can drink all different flavors and see what ones I like. I am not a master of coffee, but I have tried many different kinds and drink a lot to know what I like. I will break it down by coffee.French Roast: Very good french roast that has a nice dark color with a very robust taste. Overall this is one of my favorite french roasts.Brooklyn Bridge: This is a great medium roast that has a good range and balance of color, flavor, and aroma.Colombian: Awesome Colombian coffee that has a very complex flavor. Very good roast!Breakfast Blend: This is one of my least favorite in the variety pack, but that is because it is a light roast for morning. It has a good flavor and aroma, but just not my favorite.Corner Doughnut Shop: Great with my morning oatmeal! It is a medium roast with a bold flavor, but not too bold. I like this better than the doughnut shop coffee which is saying a lot because that one is very good.Boardwalk Blend: This is a bold coffee with a great flavor. This is a great all around coffee for waking you up.Cyclone: Dark roast with a strong robust flavor. It matches the name of the coffee after the Coney Island Coaster. This one is full of body and has a mix of different flavors in it. A dark roast that is extra bold. Very good wake me up coffee.Fugeddaboudit: This one is another cyclone like coffee, dark roast and bold. It is a very strong wake me up coffee that has a great flavor.Hazelnut: A great medium roast medium strength coffee with hints of hazelnut. This is a great another really good coffee. I do not always drink flavored coffee, but from time to time I enjoy it. I liked this one.Vanilla Skyline: I was skeptical about this one because I am particular with vanilla flavored coffee. This one is very good. It has a great light vanilla flavor with a medium to light coffee. This is a nice relaxing and enjoyable cup of coffee.Maple Sleigh: Very unique flavored coffee. I was very surprised by this one and really enjoyed it.Decaf: As far as decaf goes this has a good flavor, and it is a nice mix of robust flavor with a nice aroma.Overall I am pleased with the purchase and would purchase again. This is a really good mix of coffee for the Keurig which is the best :)! I so far did not have any issues with brewing like other customers had, but I will update if it does happen. I would recommend this product to someone who wants a mix of coffee at a great price!**UPDATE** 2-25-13Just wanted to update anyone who reads my review. Out of all the coffees my favorite one is Fugeddaboudit. I think it suits my style of coffee the best and has the best flavor.

I have had this coffee on auto ship for years because we love the flavors and brew strength. However, my latest shipment of pods are exploding in my Keurig. We have to put a strainer over the coffee cup while brewing, and the grounds go everywhere making a mess, which is ver my frustrating. We switched from our former company for the same reason, but have been happy with Brooklyn for years up until now. I have tried to find info for customer support with no luck. The coffee is really good, though, when the pods aren’t faulty!

This coffee is delicious, it’s hard to find a good decaf coffee! Highly recommend.
