Does this have a speaker on it ? Like will I be able to hear people on my zoom meetings

No it does not. I use a USB speaker. The camera I use has a microphone, but it is inadequate so I disabled it, I used this microphone to replace another and it works fine. I have participated on Zoom academically, professionally, and personally. My wife's laptop is self contained with all three, but my desk top needs external devices. Good Luck!

How good is the sound quality?

I am told the sound quality is very good. Only use it for Skype but the people I talk to are impressed with the quality.
