It is not soft it is too hard
It was a gift for my mom and the pillow had no stuffing on one end and it was no soft. It was too hard so I am sending it back. I need the paperwork to return it.

What a great gift!
I bought this for a dear elderly friend that had a gimpy no structure pillow that I couldn't watch her struggle with it any longer. She used it immediately while sitting on her couch & immediately happy with it. She called the next day to thank me again and that she didn't realize she needed this pillow.

Nice!!
I recently had posterior neck surgery and was having trouble sleeping. I wasn’t sure if it was worth spending the money for this pillow but it totally was. The quality is so much nicer than a typical travel pillow.
