Really good product but would benefit from having a measuring scoop inside of the container.

The lemon flavour tablets are nice to chew. Still waiting for the results as it takes a little time.

I’ve had this creatine about a week now but I’m not sure if I should load up on it before using it once a day like I do. I’ve never had creatine before and my gym membership has run out so I can’t tell if I’m getting any bigger or not. I know it’s good for people’s brain function. I’ll put another review when I rejoin the gym …

Kinetica Sports Creapure 100% Creatine Monohydrate (180 chewable Lemon tablets) are 1mg a tablet, recommended serving is 3mg - which makes this a 2 month supply. They are WADA approved - every batch is tested - also certified by the Informed Sport program which ensures each batch is free from banned substances; guaranteeing high quality, safety and purity. They're also Gluten Free. My use case is a bit more unconventional - not being an athlete seeking help with energy or recovery - I'm a menopausal woman. The decline in estrogen women affects bone and muscle health and Creatine is one supplement which can help support these changes (though, of course, strength training is recommended alongside). These taste nice (the tablets are quite big, but easy to chew) and are pleasant to take. If you have other tablet / capsule supplements, it's a welcome change. You get what you pay for, and for a 2 month supply of high quality Creatine, I think it's fair. My Man City-supporting partner was impressed that Jack Grealish endorses Kinetica Sports as well! (Worth bearing in mind that Dextrose is the sweetener in this, if you're wondering if it has artificial sweeteners). È da 1 anno che utilizzo questa Creatina, vi posso assicurare che è eccezionale, ho avuto un aumento importante della massa magra, una forza ed una resistenza... quasi da non credere... premetto che mi alleno tutti i giorni e seguo un'alimentazione sana. Modifica: non è accettabile la mancanza di questo prodotto per così tanto tempo, ho dovuto comprarlo nel sito Ufficiale del produttore ad un costo folle ,compreso di trasporto €62,00 non è alquanto serio per un'azienda del genere. Per il prossimo ordine cercherò un'alternativa a questa marca.

Das Kinetica 100% Creatine Pulver ist einfach klasse! Als langjähriger Fitness-Enthusiast kann ich sagen, dass dieses Produkt einen bemerkenswerten Unterschied in meiner Leistung gemacht hat. Das Creatin Monohydrat ist von bester Qualität und hilft mir, meine Kraft und Ausdauer zu steigern, ohne unangenehme Nebenwirkungen. Die 500g-Packung reicht super lange, da man nur eine kleine Menge pro Portion braucht – die 147 Portionen sind ideal, um längerfristig von den Vorteilen zu profitieren. Ein zusätzlicher Bonus ist der gratis Messlöffel, der das Abmessen kinderleicht macht. Das Pulver löst sich gut in Wasser auf und hat keinen unangenehmen Geschmack, was ich besonders schätze. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das wirklich seine Versprechen hält. Wer seine Performance im Fitnessstudio steigern möchte, kann hier bedenkenlos zugreifen!

Das Produkt hält genau was es verspricht. Es ist schmeckt nach nichts und löst sich in Flüssigkeit sehr gut auf, kann also ohne Probleme in ein Getränk oder ähnliches gegeben werden. Ich nehme das Pulver meistens direkt in den Mund und spüle mit einem Schluck Wasser nach, gar kein Problem. Es ist ein Messlöffel dabei der, wenn er gestrichen voll ist, genau 5g wiegt - Perfekt! Ich kaufe das Produkt regelmäßig.
