I was so excited to get these pretzels, I hadn't had them for years!! Yuk these are the worst tasting pretzels I have ever had and they were very very very very very stale!! The price is way too high for what you get!!!!!!! I have the worst taste in my mouth from them I should have gone by the reviews, you think you would do something about these nasty pretzels especially when people have complained for a long time !!!! HORABLE!!!!!

I am sorry to say I would give it a zero if I could. I sent 5 shipments to 5 different areas of the country and every box was horrible. It is now a family joke. I am mortified. I sent these to my family and we each were flabbergasted at the horrendous taste of these pretzels. We live in different areas of the country and ALL of us got either a bad batch or they are just awful. They taste like chemicals. The chocolate is average the pretzel is just awful. Sent to 5 different families. All 5 families had the same experience without knowing. "Take a bite. Shocked look on face. Spit it back out". Just being real. The box is pretty!

When i purchased this, it may have been meant as a gift for a loved one. But the box looked too tempting, so i opened it and took one for myself... and another... and another... To make a long story short, the box is now empty. Great look, great taste! The different designs don't just look different. They actually taste different. Still trying to decide which was the best of the best. What do you think? Only one way to find out...

Disappointed. My brother in law is a Pretzel fan so I am always looking for great options to send him. These came in a small box wrapped in plastic where they clearly have broken already as I can see all the shards of broken pieces floating around the packaging, as well as hearing it. It was the last piece I was waiting for to send my family a care package so I included it but did so with an apology as I could tell it was nowhere near the $30 quality package I paid for. It was a small generic package sent out without any care and taking advantage of the holiday season. Don't bother. Mad at myself I didn't find something local and better to include in the care package I sent.
