Kaytee Food from The Wild Natural Pet Conure Bird Food, 2.5 Pound

My birds loved this food so much! With the other foods, they'd leave something behind.. like with the Zupreem they don't like the "pumpkin" seeds. So every time I go to change their food, I have to dump pumpkin seeds! Lol! I bought this on promo to try it out. I just saw the regular price and I'm having a hard time making that make sense! Only pro is they love it. The bag is only a small 2.5, and I have 2 Sun Conures and a Goffin's Cockatoo (yes, she loves it too!). Almost $30 is pretty steep seeing how this bag only lasts a week! Definitely a great brand though! I would recommend it!

A nutritional food for medium sized birds, I use it in a mix with other kinds. My birds seem to like this and it'has a good smell.

Our conure likes this food. The quality seems better than the others we have tried. I make homemade chop and also offer this dried food to him as well.

I always put this in the bottom of my birds bowls everynight when I give them their clean food. They immediately dig through their food to get to the bottom to eat this.

Pure and simple Pryah, my Indian Ring Neck, didn't much care for the food. He leaves so much more of this in his seed bowl than other brands I have tried. I don't know good from bad on bird food. I leave that up to the bird. However, the fat chipmunk in yard that gets the rejected daily seeds dearly loves the leftovers. Also, the cardinals are great fans of the rejected seeds.

I have an 11 year old Pionus who loves this food. The pet store quit carrying it, but Amazon to the rescue and he's a happy bird! He'll tell you all about it, too. Always arrives fresh and fast!

Adopted him 6 months ago on sunflower seed and peanut diet. I have worked to transition him to fresh chop but he barely touches it. I've tried supplementing with all sorts of mixes, fresh/dehydrated/freeze dried and THIS is the winner! The only one he will touch! Finally have a solution to make us both happy!! He eats almost every bite. So much less waste. Will buy again!
