Greenwald Brands 18oz Glass Bottles (Set of 6) with Leak-Proof Lids, Juicing/Water/Beverage Containers

I have slowly been converting every thing in my kitchen over to glass and stainless and getting rid of any un-needed plastics. These bottles are wonderful. They are thick enough to be safe and I feel comfortable packing them in a bag and taking them to work. They aren't too heavy to make them uncomfortable to use, though, just perfect. I love that the lids have a nice seal inside that keeps the bottles from leaking, even if you turn them upside down. I hand wash the lids, but I put the glass right in the dishwasher. I do have bottle washer spots on my top rack that let narrow neck items like this get clean, so I'm not sure how them would work in a dishwasher without it. Really, that would be the only drawback I could possibly think of and it's not really one at all.The bottles are tall and narrow and comfortable in your hand. I plan on using them for my kiefer water for myself and filling them with drinks in the summer to keep cold in the fridge for my husband and son to just grab and go instead of plastic bottled whatever. They like the convenience of bottle water but I hate the plastic. These should do the trick. I received a discount on these, but the quality of the product is outstanding so I will be back to buy more.

These were a little too tall for my needs. Some of the bottles had small bubbles within the glass. The lids were nicely made. Because of the size, I ended up returning.

I usually do not write reviews. I like to use a product for awhile. But after awhile the thought of a review fades. So it is rare, at least for me, to come back after almost four years and comment on a product. These water bottles have become part of my daily life and routines, getting as much use as my regular at home glasses. I fill them and go. I don't buy bottled water but rarely, and when I do they end up sitting in the refrigerator. These bottles are sturdy, hold a lot, and go anywhere. I really can not recommend these enough. No more filled waste baskets from plastic bottles. They are even great to look at and use from a design perspective. If I could change anything, I wish they were offered with a flip top drinking cap. Unscrewing the bottle and drinking from them while driving can divert your attention from the road. I wish they were sold with a couple of bottle brushes to clean insides. But that has more to do with my being obsessive about cleaning. But glass straws are sold with little brushes to clean inside. And last, these bottles will retain the flavor of non water products through a wash or two, such as iced coffee, cranberry juice, or margaritas. But that is minor compared how handy these are. I can't recommend these enough.

Nice heavy duty bottles. Lid looks like good quality and doesn't leak. Biggest drawback is that the neck is too small for most ice cubes. These are basically baby style bottles. Which is fine but i would like to be able to put in ice cubes on the go. My kids use them for sports and would like to take ice. I would order the same brand with a larger neck if available.

I ordered these bottles because they were glass and had a stainless steel top and was thrilled to see that they also came with rubber grippers since I have small children I figured it would be less shattering if one fell but when they arrived there were no rubber grippers included anywhere in the Box. I cannot contact the cellar to find out if I can just get the grippers Amazon said it would have to be a full return. This saddens me.

This picture is absolutely false advertising! The bottles show up clear in color, they have no colors at all! Disappointing since I bought these as gifts for people. Don't purchase these if you were happy about the color variety! None of them have any color to them.

I am a big fan of GLASS. Glass bottles are environmentally safe, reusable with no worries of chemicals leeching into your beverage. I especially like the design of the top as it has a seal that keeps all liquid in the container. The shape of the bottle is just right for my hand which is important for seniors that sometimes struggle with the shape and ability to hold objects. Also, the thickness of the glass is such that you don't have to worry if you accidentally drop the product (within reason). Very sturdy. I have already dropped one of my bottles with no problems....if I had be using a regular drinking glass, I am sure that I would be cleaning up broken glass. I use and plan to use these bottles every day for my filtered water at home and to transport my beverages when I am out and about. I don't have to worry about going to the store to buy a bunch of plastic bottles with water in them.....no more worries of filling up the land fill. This is a perfect product for environmentally conscious consumers. This is also a very easy way to make sure you get your recommended daily amount of water for individuals with memory issues. Fill them up and place on the counter as a reminder to drink all filled bottles by the end of the day. I highly recommend this product.

I love that these bottles are packaged well that they arrived Singapore (via USA vpost warehouse) without any chips and cracks. The bottle capacity is enough for one drinking (for me) and just refill larer on. The diameter of the bottle is around 6.3cm and it's good enough for a decent grip. The caps are leak proof, so no worry if it rolls in your tote bag. I like that these bottles give me the option to jazz it up. I'm worried, though, that if I oven cure the glass paint that I will use, the bottles couldn't withstand the temperature and break.The only thing I noticed is that these bottles are not for hot drinks or hot water. Done infuse your tea here. If you want to refill with warm water, I suggest you make it 70-30, 70%cold 30%hot. Be careful as the bottle gets hot right away in contact with hot water. You might hurt yourself.
