The media could not be loaded.  Tardo bastante en llegar y solo venia en una caja que no protegía su interior, por lo que llego cuarteada del plástico de la base de la jaula. No la devolví porque todas tardaban casi dos semanas en llegar y mi hámster ya la necesitaba. Me gusto el color y la altura de la jaula, aunque mide 50cm de largo contando los accesorios, pero en realidad el puro interior mide 40 cm. Si los tubos son pequeños para mi hámster sirio, pero los hámster en su habitad natural hacen pasos así de pequeño y son muy flexibles (los hámsters). solo creo que si deberían mejorar su empaquetado sobre todo si viaja desde estados unidos.

Bought this thinking it looks like fun but it's way more fun then it looks. Our Hamster Eddie has been running around this cage and loving it more then we thought he would. The ball comes off and he gets to run around the house. He hides in parts of the tunnel. It was very easy to assemble. Will be buying addition to this cage.

Item received with scratch and crack!! Disappointing!

Got the cage before we even got a shipment notice. Amazon reported it expected on or about the 7th and it was sitting outside our door very early yesterday morning (the 5th) so it had to have been delivered the night before (the 4th) and we'd only ordered it the day before! The cage was mostly easy to put together, just a suggestion if you buy this cage, and have cats, tape the lid piece that goes under the ball with some clear packing tape. A simple pop on the edge and the whole lid/ball assembly comes flying off. I used clear packing tape so it wouldn't show, and I tipped the entire cage over testing to make sure it would stay. So yeah, it's secure now. The ball connection to the tube didn't seem very secure, but I sat and spun it as fast as I could for a good ten minutes to make sure it wouldn't wobble free, and it didn't. I don't think I would let a gerbil run around in that ball off the cage though, the closure isn't secure at all, unless I'm missing something. (Which is entirely possible.) Overall love the cage, we're going to attach it to the old cage we already have when extra tunnels arrive, and keep adding on ... for some seriously spoiled rotten gerbils!
