Great 3/4 thick mats at a fair price. Delivered quickly. I just use them for floor exercises to save my knees, and so I’m not banging weights & dumbbells on my concrete floor. True thickness as advertised (the last ones I bought from another manufacturer claimed to be 1/2 inch but weren’t even 3/8). These lock together tightly and take some abuse. Very dense EVA foam—not a soft tumbling pad. I didn’t find them to be slippery as some reviews said, but I’m not pouring cups of sweat on them or anything. Subtle pattern doesn’t always line up precisely from tile to tile so if you’re really OCD then it my bother you. Heavy objects with sharp corners may leave long-lasting “dents.” No weird chemicals or toxic lead (yay!). Didn’t smell at all. Be careful not to tear off the little corners of the outer edge during assembly. No way to easily reattach them if they come off.

These mats arrived well-packaged and on time. The color matched the photos, and the mats have a tight, good-fitting puzzle pattern. As advertised, they are 3/4 inch thick and perfect for my application. I will buy more. They are highly recommended.

Bought a couple sets to put together the floor for my basement gym. I don't do a lot of high impact activities there so I can't say how well these hold up to that (I used to do martial arts on concrete and wooden floors like a basketball court, so for high impact, I'm used to those environments). I have a bench and some dumbbells down there. I do mostly ground level exercises and some standing jumps onto my bench. Jumping jacks, etc. These are durable, easy to clean, easy to put together, and fairly comfortable when standing in bare feet or sitting on the mats. Great investment.

The mats are nice, thick, take a beating, and stay together well. My son and myself use them to practice martial arts and they are great to work on. But the best part of the mats isn't even the mats themselves. Its the company behind them. They ship quick and they pay attention to what is going on. I ordered the mats two different times. The first time I ordered black and the second time red (did a design with them). Before they shipped out the red mats, they called me to verify that I actually wanted them since I had previously ordered black. Most companies would have just shipped with no thought to the customer. But they took the extra step to make sure I was getting what I wanted. That is the type of company I will continue to support.

Every since the whole pandemic, my son has been doing taekwondo via zoom. After a few months of practicing on the carpet, he started complaining about pain in his legs and feet. So we got him this mat. Ever since then, the discomfort in his legs and feet stop. It’s easy to assemble, easy to clean and does its job of providing a cushion and absorb shocks from all the jumping. They are evenly cut so all the squares are the same size and same thickness. Compare to other mats, it is more expensive so that’s why it’s 4 stars and not 5 stars. I highly recommend it if you or your kids are practicing martial arts at home.

Great quality feel. Perfect amount of firm cushion & support.Hold on to those corner bits (don't punch them off when you are removing the edges to put squares together). You'll want to keep some edge pieces as an "L" shape because you can't put them back in and your corners will look like they have a triangle cut out.It feels fantastic under your feet. I use them barefoot, for MMA. I am using them in a basement over very thin carpet with concrete just under that (very hard floor). I can dead-drop to a knee without fully compressing the pad (or bruising myself).If you put this over carpet, grab some double-sided carpet tape to put on the bottom; otherwise it will slide around even when fully assembled (100sqft).Keep your cats away from it! Sinking your nails into these must feel amazing because my cats are hooked on it.

Used these mats for a space to workout and have lower impact on feet and back when doing certain exercises with weights. They are great and thicker than the majority you see floating around the internet, which is why I had to buy them. Our cat loves them as well, so she will put a claw in them if you aren’t looking. Pet owners beware haha. Good quality for the money spent, looking to add another set soon

I bought mine in April of 2016 and here I am going to order more. I am really satisfied with this product. I use them in a variety of ways, but mostly to absorb the sound of free weights on a second floor hardwood floor. I also use them to run standing in place. These mats have helped rehabilitate a hip problem. I can now jog outside. They have enough firmness while pproviding a cushion support and quiets thevroom. I have also spikt drinks on them and while they dob't apper to be super waterproof, I was pleasantly surprised that my spills have left no odor. For my spills with the correct clean-up, they have proved to be water-proof.
