Great
Great for the price very comfy and great it reclines and goes up and down. My son loves it for his room on his desk. Its a pain to put together as screws are bit to short and wont catch at first so need to squeeze parts together. Apart from that its great does the job.

Great star chair but a struggle to assembe if you follow the instructions
I recently bought this chair, and for the price, it really looks great! However, I did run into some issues during assembly. The instructions were a bit confusing, especially when it came to attaching the main support and the arms. The manual suggests using the longer bolts for the main assembly, but I found that the bolts labeled as 20mm, meant for the arms and back, were actually too short to connect properly to the base. I ended up having to swap out the longer bolts (of which there were only four) to get the arms attached. For the back, you really have to loosen all the bolts in the arms to get everything to fit together. It took a bit of muscle to squeeze the parts into alignment, and I needed someone to help hold things while I screwed in the bolts. I definitely broke a sweat trying to get the holes to line up just right! But once it was all put together, I have to say the chair looks really nice and feels great to sit in. Overall, it was a bit of a struggle getting there, but the final result is definitely worth it!

Got value for the money
It was delivered before a day before the scheduled date. It’s new as I saw on this platform and it was easy to fix with the manual

OK, but assembly instruction error
Shipped from UK, so delivery was quick. This chair is fine for comfort for a low-cost office chair. One thing to note is an error in the assembly instruction: drawings 2 & 3 show bolts J (30mm bolts), but these should be bolts I (20mm bolts); drawing 5 shows bolts I, but should be J (30mm); drawings 2 & 4 look the same, but seem to show "first, loosly fit the arms to the back, then fit the base, then tighten the arms"; drawing 3 is a little misleading, seeming to show 4 bolts going into the arms parallel to the base, but the bolts secure the arms by screwing into the base from underneath at right angles to the base. Hint: there's a bit of flexibility to splay the arms slightly by flexing them to the ends of the bolt slots whilst tightening. This makes best use of the wide-cushioned seat. Otherwise, a piece of cake ... ! Probably about 20 minutes to assemble, with the head scratching about the different bolts and slightly confusing instructions. Have just put it together and it's in use now, so a little early to say anything about comfort and durability. Hope this helps.

Nice cheap chair came very quickly well before the expected eta and yeah it’s a chair does the job no issues at all seems strong and sturdy looks good mechanical side is good up down forward back all the good stuff I can see how people have an issue assembling but I had none, screws were fine and you just slot the rest together still standing after 24h the chair does very much chair :)

Inadequate instructions and cheaply made
Rubbish assembly instructions. Parts not marked well enough. Not comfortable. I had just assembled a large desk with all parts marked and step by step instructions so I found this to be ridiculous for so few parts! Some of the parts needed holding with tension to fit and I struggled with that. Have assembled it now and still 2 screws dont fit!. Will just be careful with it until I can source a better one. I would have been tempted to get my old one out of the skip but I had to break it to get it down the stairs. Very disappointed and would not recommend!

really comfy and much cheaper than others on the market
much cheaper than others on the market and really comfy. I bought this for my disabled brother who loves it. He uses it every day at his desk. The quality is excellent and it was so reasonably priced I thought it may not be as good as it looked. But it certainly is, great quality, great price and super comfy. The seat is quite big too so not a tiny thing like some others, the back is supportive. Really recommend this product . Excellent!

Not bad at all
Overall a decent chair - relatively good support and the mesh back allows air to circulate effectively. Only thing I would point out, and I'll do my best to raise this with the manufacturer (although being based in China that might be easier said than done), the screws that hole the arms to the base are 5mm too short so you'll need to buy some 35mm or 40mm long M6 bolts. I bought some M6x40mm roofing bolts as they have a large head to spread the load - £1.80 from Wickes. Wheels are hard plastic so they're not as quiet as rubberised wheels, but you can probably buy some third party wheels that pop into the legs if the noise is a concern. Other than that - it's a good chair.
