I did not receive what I saw in the picture. The pillow was rolled taughly in a rectangular box, all squeezed. The height of pillow is very low and it absolurely DOESN'T look like the ad. Images. Looks like a very cheap squeezed foam without any curve edges, because of material and height your head is almost on the ground! I will return it. It isn't worth at all.

One side of the pillow didn't inflate to it's full size so I ended with a lopsided pillow. I don't know if this would hold up because I was able to roll it tightly again to fit in the box that the pillow arrived in. I didn't even use a vaccum to seal and flatten the pillow. Sending it back

I ordered this pillow after my chiropractor told me to get a contour pillow to ease my neck pain being a side sleeper. I was skeptical at first after letting it set out for the 24-48 hours as the instructions stated because I thought it was too firm. Boy was I wrong, I laid down on it and WOW, how have I not had a contour pillow before? My wife tried it one night while I was at work and loved it too and decided to order herself the same one but in grey. So why did I leave such a low rating? Because the pillow is not at all as described and we got different pillows even after choosing “buy it again.” The description states the pillow is 4.7/4 however my tag shows 4.5/4 and my wife’s tag shows 4.7/3.9. Additionally mine is 24x16 and hers is 24x14. Both pillows were made for the same company and both were delivered at the same time. So while I love my pillow, my wife hates hers and says it makes her neck hurt. Buyer beware, you’ll either love or hate what you get, but chances are, it won’t be what the description says so don’t expect it.

It gets hot.4.1.21 So I get a email from the seller asking me to rewrite my review to 5 stars and they would pay me $30.00. Apparently not happy with 3 stars for a not so good product. So I decided to try to use the pillow again. After laying on it for a while it gets hot. flip it over and it seems to hold the heat. Not really a good memory foam product. It takes a while for the shape to come back and for it to cool down. It does however make a pricey cat bed. She likes it because its warm. Cat bed 5 stars, human pillow 0.

I have had the same pillow for like 6 years... I've bought others and never found one I really liked so I've stuck with the same old raggedy pillow. I have a lot of spinal issues and neck pain has been a problem for a few months now.. I saw this pillow and honestly with not expecting much, I said why not and bought it. I have never gotten so used to a pillow so quickly in my life. The pillow is so supportive and molds so well to my head/neck. And best of all, my neck hasn't hurt in 3 days. I am really amazed. My mother also has neck issues and I plan on buying another one of these pillows for her. Great product with great results. I'm so happy.

Just so you know this pillow is pretty low but that is why I got it. It supports a tired neck and I find it very comfortable and I have a really hard time with pillows. It's just the right amount of smooshiness and firmness. I find I sleep very well on it, and I am a horrible sleeper.

I have been using a very firm pillow and it has been causing a lot of neck pain along with headaches. I have been using this now for a couple of days and noticed my neck pain gradually going away. I definitely recommend to everyone to take care of your bodies and get this.Update:After using it for a couple months now, my neck has been feeling so relaxed when I sleep. I have a desk job and play a lot of video games on the computer. My neck thanks me once I lay on this thing. I washed the pillow cover and had no issues with it.

All the reviews and pictures of people complaining about it's height, it being flat, you do have to leave it sit out for 2 days so it can regain its shape from being folded up and stuck in a box. I left my out for 2 days and it filled out the entire pillow cover. Haven't slept on it yet, but tonight will be the trial night.

Exactly as described. I'm a side/back sleeper and I found this to be the right amount of support. Great customer service and quick shipping. I'd recommend this pillow to anyone who likes support and comfort. Also found it quite cool when sleeping (for those that sleep hot).
