This is billed as a non-stick skillet, however I do normally spritz it with olive oil or a pat of butter. The lid fits snugly, and both wash up by hand in a matter of seconds.Perfect size for one or two people. Even heating, and it works on my glass topped stovetop.

So far, I'm seriously impressed with this pan... Everything wipes out of it no problem, and very little oil is needed. I hate cooking... Mostly because i hate the clean up afterwards... This makes it easy. I've used for a couple weeks now, and no signs of wear or sticking yet. The pan heats up quick and even as well.

Bought this pan 6 months ago and now I'm going to buy the 12" for everything else.The lid seals great, it never sticks and you can wipe it clean with a paper towel (although you should wash it between uses for sanitary reasons).The only slightly adverse thing it the handle is starting to discolor where it mounts on the pan because I use high heat!

I have had this pan for about 10 months and it is wonderful. I have cooked everything in it. The other day I made scalloped potatoes and the water cooked out accidently. Needless to say the potatoes on the bottom were burned and had stuck to the pan. I thought the pan was ruined but it wasn't!. I put water in the pan to loosen up the burnt potatoes for about 5 minutes. When I went to scrub it, it didn't need scrubbing at all! I took my silicone spatula and cleaned the pan. None of the burnt food stuck to it. The pan was good as new. It was a great investment.

Love this pan. I use silicone utensils so no scratches. It’s smooth and when heating the pan up on medium I cook eggs with no sticking and no oil. The only thing I don’t like is the handle shape. It sits funny in my cabinet because the handle angles up. Otherwise it’s a great pan. Sturdy. Not too deep and not too shallow. Perfect for things like eggs or sautéed items.

I really like this pan. It is very truly non-stick and it comes with an excellent lid. It's a good versatile standard size. The bottom is heavy-duty and conducts heat solidly and evenly.The only downside is that the pan is initially _too_ non-stick! Oil poured into the pan just pools up in one place rather than spreading over the whole surface of the pan; food is difficult to get a spatula under because there is no friction between the food and the surface of the pan, so the spatula just pushes the food without being able to get underneath it. However, after a long period of using this pan as my primary cooking pan every day, the pan has finally "seasoned" to the point where it is not quite so slippery.Cleanup is simply amazing. I have never used soap or any kind of scourer on the inner part of the pan. I wait until the pan is cool, pour in a little cool water to let the surface soak if there are any burnt food remains, and then just wipe out the pan under warm running water with a sponge. It comes perfectly clean every time with no effort.

Been using daily for several weeks, really great non-stick, easy to wash, lid has good insulated handle. Going to buy larger version to replace other pans.

***Edit to my original review - my new pan arrived within a week, and it is truly the best egg pan (well, really anything pan) that I have owned to date. I tested it without adding any fats to the pan and my eggs slid out perfectly. No sticking whatsoever. Everything I have made in this pan has turned out fantastic, no sticking, and clean up is a breeze. I'm happy I didn't just ask for a refund and purchase a different pan, and just asked for a replacement, as this pan is a keeper. I highly recommend it!Original review - Pan came in and it was bent, the lid didn't even fit on it. I am returning it and have asked for a replacement. Once I get the replacement, I will submit another review.
