I’m almost 30 and have had hormonal acne for most of my life. Birth control works on my acne, but gives me terrible side effects so I can’t take it. This product doesn’t 100% stop my breakouts, BUT it did cut the amount of breakouts down significantly- to about 3/4 barely noticeable spots in a month- and I didn’t experience any adverse side effects from this at all. I love that all of the ingredients are natural! The few breakouts I do still get are smaller, less painful, and they clear up in a week or less.. MUCH quicker than they used to. My skin is also more glowy now than it used to be before I started taking these. They don’t taste or smell weird in my opinion. Over all this is very worth the price (more affordable than other similar brands) and I’m now on my fourth bottle.. I recommend this to everyone!

This has worked great keeping my skin cleared up. No side effects I would recommend even being a little pricey

I have a hard time swallowing pills and appreciate that I have the ability to open these capsules and mix them into yogurt. There is no bad taste when doing this and I am able to get the benefits without struggling to swallow a pill! I have been taking two of these a day for several weeks now and definitely see improvement in my skin, not just my face but my whole body seems to have more of a glow and I have to think it has something to do with these. I plan to keep taking these for the foreseeable future.

Great product helps alot

I've waited to make a review. Have gone through 2 bottles and just ordered my 3rd. I'm female, in my 30s and was going through the worst cystic acne I've had ever... been off BC for a while and would get cystic acne here and there but nothing this bad. I had tried every face wash, toner, serum you can imagine but nothing worked. I've absolutely seen my acne improve and dark spots fade taking this supplement, but i noticed for me I have to take it consistently. In moth 2 I went several days without taking it and my acne started to come back. I also notice I have to drink a lot of water when I take these otherwise get dehydrated quick which can lead to headaches. So... a bit of a tradeoff but worth it in my opinion. It started working after about a week for me and a couple months in I feel confident without makeup (a little concealer for a few dark spots... but that's it!)

It worked for me. I couldn't find anything that helped stop my acne. But this product worked for me. Im 48 and still getting acne on my face do I have been trying so many different product for so long. But this vitamedica did the job. Thank you.

They didn't work as I expect, I took them for a month and I didn't see a difference. Instead my cystic acne got worse.

These have helped my teen daughter so much. Through the hormonal periods she can still tell they are working.
