I don't want to use plastic for my drinks so I was looking for something made of glass. This is great for hot or cold drinks. It's wider but no trouble for an adult hand. The soft top isn't as snug as harder pop on tops but it doesn't leak. It's sturdy and does not feel like it's too thin. I thinks it's a great buy.

This is my favorite travel mug, however as some users have noted it can leak. I have only ever had this happen when I have heated up the cup and lid. Just make sure you take the lid off before you nuke it.

I purchased the 20 oz and I already had the 12 oz purchased several years ago. The glass on the 20 oz is so much thinner than the 12 oz. It was immediately noticeable. I love the brand have purchased several of the 12 oz. The quality is just not as good on the 20 oz.

This cup would be PERFECT for my desk at work….BUT the lid was leaking around the rim down into my desk mat all day!! Had to sit it on paper towels for most of the day. I’m a constant coffee sipper, so this was bad bad…

The media could not be loaded. As you can see it starts leaking. Would not recommend.
