The media could not be loaded. Modern and innovative chandelier. Lots of light in the room and looks nice. But it was not easy to assemble and connect it. Glad to have bought this item.

We received our light on 3rd jan 2021 just as lockdown began and have only just managed to get an electrician into our home to install this to find the driver is faulty and the light isn’t working. This is extremely disappointing as we had to employ the electrician to carry this out only to find the product is faulty and no way to contact anyone as the time period as lapses through no fault of our own.

The main light unit is quick and easy to assemble.The mounting bracket is a little poorly thought out. 4 suspended bolts need hang through the bracket & when fitting the light module you need to align these through corresponding holes, with white bolt ends to hold it up. The problem is that the suspended bolts have a couple of nuts to hold them, but, it's awkward to get them properly tight & if loose the outer bolt is hard to secure because the screw turns. A little locktight was needed. The design would have been better if a bolt was fed upwards, through the light body, to then screw into some sliding bolts on the mount; similar to that for a wall plug socket or light switch.Once done, nice & bright.

We ordered two of these for my daughters lounge/dining room. They are beautiful lights and give off a great light. I had to give hubby a hand to hold it while he connected it as quite a heavy light. Would highly recommend!

Light was easy to assemble. But the ceiling bracket isn't so easy u need to align all 4 bolts up perfectly on the bracket before u install bracket to ceiling otherwise u won't get the light fitting onto the bracket... u will need 2 spanners to build it and a screwdriver.. and some DIY know howOnce up its very bright and we are very happy with it

Hi this product no longer works I hardly use the room the light was fitted in. I have had it roughly a year and only use it at night time to go bed for around an hr or 2 and now has stopped working
