Poorly designed, poor materials supplied, delivery is ...well. dodgy. First sign of cold weather the poorly designed roof buckled and warped. When I complained (5 months after installing) I was told I had invalidated the warranty!! Steer well clear. Product is cheap and nasty, and the customer service is even worse. I only gave 1 star, because I couldn't give them a minus score.

This product is a health hazard, had to strengthen the floor, holes in most panels you can see daylight through and some panels have multiple holes. Mouldy wood throughout, not just the odd spar. None of the panels align correctly, nothing aligns correctly, not confident it would still be in one piece after a good storm. You have to make and felt the roof yourself. The whole thing is made of wood just a bit thicker than fence paneling

Says in advert 9/10 days delivery took 53 days and that only happened when I contacted amazon for a refund wish now I had got a refund build of the pannells nothing was straight wood all chipped nothingFitted just poor quality build never buy anything from this company again only put 1 star rating becauseIt would not let me leave 0

Had to contact seller to find out where delivery was, was told it would come day after and would receive a phone call an hour before delivery. This did not happen. Delivery driver was ignorant. Part missing, wood cheap and nasty, nothing fits together properly, had to go and buy more wood to strenghten it.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TAT.

Was dubious about this having seen reviews after purchase but can say it was easy to assemble and so far so good no issues at all

I am very angry and upset with this product, i have spent just over £1500 for what is meant to be a summer house which is smaller than a shed. I have had better quality with a shed than this product.Firstly when the product was delivered i was not notified it was just left on my drive. The items got soaked and damaged in the rain with no packaging to protect the wood please view image attached. There was no instructions given. It was not easily assembled. It is not sturdy. Everything in the description is a complete lie of the product.

Waiting missing parts 3 months later. Paid in full!

The media could not be loaded. I would not even give one star! We purchased this summer house afew months ago, followed all the instructions, treated it and placed it as recommended. Since then it has soaked in rain, through the flooring, walls and roof!! Even the felt provided for the roof is not water proof!! Extremely upset and offered no help from provider! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
