PilotLightsMini Gooseneck Panel Light, Map Light, Post Light - 240mm - White LED, 12VDC

I ordered two of these. When I took the first one out of the box, I noticed the wires were damaged where they exit the tube. The second one was much worse, the black wire is almost completely broke.

This little light was perfect for my application. I have a 2007 Expedition. All of the Expeditions for several years have the same problem. The gauges are very hard to read during the day. I fabricated a little bracket and installed this light just to the right of the steering column. It is easy to bend it to be just where you want it, and the additional light really makes the gauges easier to read.

I'm a delivery driver for a major company, it gets dark at 4:30pm so I need to see my manifest for my next stop, but the interior light on my truck glares off everything making it hard to see out the window. This map light saved me time, and injury. (With the interior light I would still need to wear my reading glasses, I would leave them on when delivering but I can't see the ground with them on, I tripped ove a lot of things)

Very well built little lamp I'm using in vehicle to illuminate some guages. A problem solver for me, would recommend.

This is a great little light. I mounted it in my RV to light up the switch panel for the pump, water heater, etc... The quality is really good and it is pretty bright. The circuitry for the lamp is incased in epoxy. I am pleased...
