I was so excited to get this wig. In the pictures it looks just like Tauriel's hair! Well that's not what it looks like in person. The pictures are VERY misleading! They show the wig with some ropebraids on the sides, LOTS of space between the top and bottom braids and a lovely fishtail going down the back! The real wig only has simple English braids (no fishtail or rope). The spacing of the braids is very different from the picture and the wig comes slightly messed up upon arrival. I was very disappointed to open up the package to find the braids looked nothing like the pictures. It's a good quality wig and a nice length and color, But the braids are not what was advertised.

Maybe wear a headband to cover up strange hairline?

Slightly small netting for my head but would be fine for an averages sized head person. The hard front is very noticeable but the widows peak is true to the Tauriel character. The braids are a little elementary and I’ll probably redo them but it did have all four for someone who doesn’t restyle their wigs so it works. I really like the color and length of the wig and I feel like it would work well for Sansa Stark as well!

This wig is really nice for the price. Extremely long and the color is very rich and vibrant. The curls and braids sit nicely as well, right out of the bag it isn’t messy which is great. My only criticism is that the scalp line / wig front is really harsh and looks obvious that it isn’t your real hair. It’s no lace front that’s for sure. To help hide this, I wore a tiara right along the front of the wig to help hide this which made it more realistic. I wore it to the Renaissance Festival and 3 people complemented my hair and asked if it was my real hair! After over 6 hours of wear ourside in the wind it was pretty tangled so I won’t be re-wearing it but it was perfect for 1 day’s use. I’d buy it again.

It's actually a very good wig. My head is really big so it kinda hurt to wear though. So if you have an average sized head it's perfect!

My renn costume went from cool to WOW. It was super snug on my head without giving me headaches. Comes with the hair net so don’t worry about buying one

I love the length and color but the wig is a bit small and doesn't stay on easily.

I expected to have the wig braided like in the picture. It was not the official Tauriel braid, just some basic dumb braid. I can't believe this, so disappointed!
