A nice Siracha sauce but not that different to Flying Goose
This is a nice Sriracha sauce but not that different in taste to the Flying Goose brand of Sriracha that I associate Sriracha sauce with. Perhaps it has a little less of "garlicy" taste to it but the same spicy, sharpness is present. I had hoped that maybe it would be a sauce which tasted a little more distinctly like Tabasco sauce than how it tastes but it is still a great hot sauce.This is perfect for serving with food as a condiment like ketchup tomato sauce or mayo and the nozzle of the bottle is simple twist open or closed and is no mess. The sauce flows from the bottle and does not require a lot of shaking or squeezing in order to dispense.It runs from the bottle as well as ketchup and better than HP brown sauce does from a glass bottle. Alternatively, to being a condiment, you can use this as a good baste sauce for making hot wings or sticky hot ribs or chicken/pork balls. A versatile sauce, it could be used in sandwiches, with hot food, like chips, cold meats, even with fish, depending on your tastes/preference. Recommended, I would buy this again and it is as good as Flying Goose, which I think is the main alternative.

An excellent product, chilli sauces as we know come in a variety of heat levels and flavours, some sweet some bitter some woody and so on I love this perticular one as its sweet enough hot enough yet the overall taste carrys it nicely on a bacon sarni thanks!
