The big wheel is very stable. However, the automatic pull-back doesn't feel necessary, it makes the wheel quite easy to use and you have to repeat the movement boring number of times even without having sixpack. It's good for a beginner but you "grow up" from this quickly.

Very stable. Looks like and feels sturdy enough for a SUMO wrestler to use should they need it. Do they? Laughable looking how large it is but it works and the spring back was felt. Definitely stable and sturdy. It is large enough for you to see at the corner of your eyes when its time to do ab work and you dont want to and pretend you cant find the ab roller. Damn thing cant be unseen. Very passive motivation when its so big.

Excellent quality… I like the wider wheel which provides more stability and the handles are perfectly designed to fit your hand. Only suggestion to consumers: Go slowly with this device. Exhale and tighten Core when rolling out. This tool really works the core but the lower back is vulnerable. Exhale and tighten core. It works

It works super smooth. Only problem is it has a spring that winds up then unloads as your returning to start position therefore taking all the work out of your abs doing the work. Not helping my abs to work harder. I need a regular wheel without a windup spring in it will return

Stable and good ab roller. Really no assembly just push the handles into the holes. I had to watch several videos to use this item correctly and I’m conscious of these videos each time I use it. This takes a bit of upper body strength too. Be careful not to hurt your back.

Great product. Works great on different floors
