Tommee Tippee Rechargeable Light & Sound Sleep Aid - Pip The Panda, Black & White

We actually ended up purchasing two of these so we have them in multiple houses our Son will be. There is a heartbeat mode that reminded me of my heart to heart bear as a kid. I remember using that bear to combat nightmares my sister and I each had one and I know they were lifesavers for my Mom. This is a great find though; You can turn the sound up or down, there is a little light on the tummy you can adjust the brightness and it comes with adorable lullaby music you can also turn up and down. Not to mention the cry sensor. I don't think this product can be beat!

We have the owl and penguin at home/grandparents and came on holiday having forgotten on. So the bear, which is rechargeable became our lifesaver on holiday. Brilliant for helping little ones sleep.

1) The instructions have the switch functions backwards. The company acknowledges this on their website but you may not realize when you first attempt to get the owl to work.2) The cry sensor is supposed to listen, play a song/noise for 20 minutes, and then shut off and listen again. BUT I could never get the cry sensor to activate by noise- clapping, yelling, baby crying- NOTHING. So I would push the owl's wing to start a lullaby and then leave the room. I'd hear it playing on the monitor despite the baby being sound asleep and it would eventually wake him up. I decided to test this during the day under various sound conditions and the lullaby would play for 20 minutes- pause for 2-3 seconds, and then restart with zero noise. Hours and hours of this with no noises to activate the cry sensor.3) The Product Support is crap! I went to the Tommee Tippee website and was directed to send queries through their Facebook page. I sent an initial query about the issues I was having and after several days I received a VERY general response with a link to the product's instructions. They never even addressed my question.So here I am a week after spending $40 on a toy that I bought specifically for the cry sensor and all it has done is wake my baby up or been completely unusable. The box was thrown away so I'm unable to return it. And from some google searches it seems this is a common issue with the new "improved" rechargeable Ollie but not so much for the battery operated one.

This is really cute and my 3 month old loves the light but when we put her down for a nap the panda turns off on its own. So those that use a sound machine know if it shuts off it will wake them up. If I had saved the box I would return it

I bought the items New, and they seem used. One wasn't working and charging now to see if it works. If you guys sale something as a new item the box that contains the item should be impecable. Otherwise it seems that im paying so.ething that was returned.

Was really excited for this as it had all the features I was looking for (volume and light control, cry activated, now exterior buttons). However the cry sensor was worthless, when turned on the sound ran ALL NIGHT LONG.

I don't like that it only plays for 20 minutes and it doesn't have the option to make it keep playing longer than 20 min without having to sense a cry other than that it works great

Sleeping baby as soon as you turn it on! Great product, highly recommended!
