I wanted something special to serve my family while they were all here so this was perfect along with the clotted cream I was able to make. The scones were very flavorful and easy to bake first thing in the morn. I’m glad I bought this even though I th8nk maybe a little pricey but good.

KA scone mixes are delicious! I have tried almost a dozen different flavors and have never been let down. I am a pretty good baker and have never thought any mix was as good as homemade. King Arthur is the exception. They sell so many flavor boosting baking items and they use them on their mixes. I can't always get all their flavors on Amazon. When KA has free shipping days I order as many as 12 of their mixes and pay several dollars more on each one. They are worth it. You don't have to sacrifice great flavor for convenience.

This is the best pre-mixed scone product I have tried. Making scones from scratch is way more difficult. This recipe tastes like home made, is very easy, and never disappoints. I have tried to find it in grocery stores but it isn’t available where I live. The 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is too expensive. So I only order it for holidays.

These scones are delicious and soft! Not too sweet, and very orangey and with plenty of dried cranberries. Simple directions and quick results.

I ordered this and gave it a try. It was easy to make and totally enjoyable.

My husband loves scones. He was hoping this brand would be outstanding, but as with all the other mixes he's tried, he felt it lacked flavor, specifically the orange flavor. He does feel the quality of the flour is good and this brand is better than any of the other mixes he has tried over the years. But the price point is also higher than most other brands. Would he buy it again? His answer is maybe. To quote him, "it's not something I'm all that excited about to make me order it again." He feels he can make scones from scratch (which he has a number of times) that would definitely rival this brand. And when he does, he can add more of the Whole Foods orange extract to his liking.

I really love these scones and would buy them in a heartbeat again. I loved the price because I have researched the price for crandberry and orance scon mix and find them very expensive in some stores. I guess this mix is popular. I would recommend these to anyone who likes this flavor and loves scones. You will be happy with them I'm sure.
