Catalyst 3.3ft Waterproof Case for Google Pixels Buds 2, Silicone case, Compatible with Wireless Charging, Carabiner Included - Stealth Black

Pros: Exactly what I was looking for, awesome case, got it just to have some better protection before I drop or hit my buds. I read the bad reviews and personally I don't agree. They argue about it being too hard to take out the buds, not as easy as opening and closing the lid but again that's not how this case was designed. It's also not like anyones popping in and out their buds every 5mins if you are simply pop the case out for the mean time for convenience. It offers protection, I'd say it's much better than having to glue on a case forever like all the other cheaper cases out there.Cons: This case does pick up alittle lint when placed in a pocket, nothing as bad as those images I've seen in the reviews, that is not real lol. I've had my case everywhere for days now and it's still clean as new. If you do get lint you can easily pat or brush it off. Now would I trust the water proof in 3ft... nope maybe in a small puddle or a huge splash of water. Don't want to try it tho and don't trust it enough lolAnyways it's a great case that does offer all around protection.

It's quite a unique design but one that works extremely well I feel as if I am most comfortable knowing my earbuds are not going to fall out if the lid opens it is definitely secure and holds on very nicely. I did change the carabiner out for a two clip s hook. Definitely good value for your money

So far, so good. The peel-back top is convenient and durable, up to now.

I was pretty hesitant to buy this product. But now that I have it I think I like it more than anything else I've seen... I enjoy the fact that it covers the majority of the case and is pretty easy to open and close. I haven't tested the waterproof capabilities but isn't the reason I bought it in the first place... But I have dropped the case a few times and it does stop the top from opening up and the headphones from flying out all over the place like they used to.

A fairly decent silicone case that that unlike most others keeps the pbp case closed in your pocket or pack preventing it from turning on randomly.However while this case may be splash resistant it is far from waterproof.The top half doesn't create any kind of seal allowing moisture into the top of the case and would be disastrous if it went for a swim however brief.Silicone protective case that keeps the lid closed: 5/5Waterproof case: 1/5

Love the fit and function. Keeps everything secure and safe. Great to have the clip.

Provides excellent all around protection but it draws lint like crazy. After just a week in my pocket it's all fuzzy and awful looking.It's also a lot more complicated to get the lid open. The design of the top opening is difficult to pry open in any sort of convenient way and because of the pressure you have to apply I've found myself almost pulling the case completely off while opening it.Overall, I appreciate that it provides the absolute maximum protection for my earbuds. But in the end it's poor ergonomics and the gummy lint-attracting material make it a poor choice.

This little silicone cover is awesome. Super protective - and well-shaped. The complaints regarding it being hard to open are silly. Very durable - love the colour - and there is quite a bit of comedic value regarding the resemblance of its design. 10/10 very happy customer. Solid buds protector.

Keeps my buds secure whilst on the move

Eventhough the supplier themselves think that this may not be compatible with the A Series Pixel Buds, there is hardly any physical difference between the Pixel Buds 2 and Pixel Buds A Series. I just got these and started using this just now. The Carbiner that is included is a bit too big for my taste and so I am going to use a smaller one that I already have. Although I must say that this cover is a dust magnet. When you connect the charger the charging LED can not be seen through the case because in the A Series case the LED is in a different place. For me the main reason why I want a case for the Pixel Buds is because the pixel buds case has no way to attach it to my belt using a carbiner. I have been putting the whole thing in my trouser pocket and very often I end up dropping the whole case on the floor when I try to reach for something else that is also in my pocket. This case hopefully helps in this scenario. I know that as this carries the "Made for Google Pixel Buds" badge the price is higher. But in the Google Store itself, Pixel Buds 2 are no longer available. Only A Series is available. Hence the manufacturer of this product would be better off if they do some slight modifications and then re-target their product at anyone who buys the Pixel Buds A Series.

Overall this product is very well made, the only problem is that connected piece. This is one whole piece, I'd like the cover piece and bottom to be separate. It requires you to fold the plastic down which is very hard.

Fits case well. Note this may not be such a good fit for the Pixel Buds A case, which I think differs slightly.I cut off the connection for the carabineer, to make it more pocket friendly. Although it does pick up dust, it is grippy, and makes it much less likely that the case will be dropped or fall out of a pocket/bag. Note that you have to peel down the top to open the case.
