50 year old cutting board renewed!
What a wonderful product...and organic as well! I used this wood butter on a teak cutting board I purchased in 1968. Even though I have used this board constantly over the years, I had forgotten how beautiful the teak wood truly is. Now I can display it! The butter is easily applied and wiped off. I used a paper towel to apply and a cloth at the last. The picture shows the results after only 1 hour. The cutting boards from this company are so unique that they receive lots of compliments, especially at wedding showers and housewarming gifts. Now I will include this organic wood butter with my gifts. Thank you, Bearded Chef, for your environmentally sensitive and unique products.

quality organic ingredients
The media could not be loaded. i love this wood wax. my main concerns will always be health and safety and this def meets my expectations. it’s the perfect finish after i go in with my wood oil. it still leaves that waxy residue but i don’t have any references from other wood oils so not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be or if it’s supposed to be absorbed by the wood overtime. all in all, i don’t really have any complaints! 10/10

They need to update title..
The media could not be loaded. Great for many purposes, I use it on our wooden spoons for cooking as well as woodworking. Takes a couple coats but finished product looks amazing and last a long time. Highly recommendUPDATED: I bought a 6oz for 11.95 just a few months ago and now it still says it’s 6oz but it’s a 5oz for 14.99. I’m fine with that but they should update the title/ description!

Great for My Cutting Board and My Steak Knife Handles
My beloved (and rather expensive, for me...) large cutting board was starting to look a little beaten up. I searched around and decided on this Bearded Chef Organic Wood Butter. This is the only kind I've ever used so I can't compare it to others, but I think it's wonderful. It's a pleasure to apply it, wait a while, wipe the excess off and see my cutting board look so much healthier! It's completely non-toxic, so I have no worried about cutting food on the board after a treatment. I recently noticed that my steak knife handles were starting to look dried out and sad. I used this wood butter on them, and they look beautiful now. The wood butter treatment made them smooth and brought out the rich grain of the wood.

Amazing! Works great and has the best ingredients! No mineral oil!
Finally someone took the time to make a food safe organic wood oil.Only organic fractionated coconut oil, organic beeswax, organic rosemary oil and organic lemon oil.You should place your ingredient list on the pictures at the top it is impressive.

Organic, No Mineral Oil!
I’m SO glad I waited to find this organic wood oil after searching and searching. There are SO MANY wood oils out there that contain petroleum based mineral oils (Ew!).. people, we are putting this on our cutting boards and putting out food on our cutting boards.. we don’t want to eat mineral oils! Anyways, this oil is super easy to use, the ingredients are super clean and organic, and supporting small business! What’s better than that?
