This is an impressive tumbler. I have purchased so many in the past years but none can perform like this one. I bought this because I was looking forward to making my own bubble tea at home. However, the surprise was delightful. I pour cold water without ice from 8am and by 5pm, it is still cool. Amazing! My only issue is the straw paint peels over time and gets in the drink.

I love the color, very easy in cleaning., good quality and I love the straw it’s big enough for the bubble tea or jelly.

The cup is practical and love the large size. However, I thought the straw colors were electroplated instead of some sort of plastic/vinyl coating. I bought 4 of these and after 2 weeks of usage, the straws started peeling. My daughter ended up spitting out pieces of the coating that ended up in her drink. I'd suggest that you replace all your straws with stainless steel ones only...I don't want my family or yours getting cancer over ingested pieces of coating.

This cup is fabulous for Boba!. I love the color and that it is stainless steel. The silicone on the tip of the straw is perfect to save your teeth.

As I write this it has been more than 6 months since I reached out to the company about the product's poor quality right out of the box. The plastic is cheap and flimsy. The straw's both ends are rough you gotta be careful when you sip. There was also a hairline crack that was ominous although I was able to use it without leaking for about a month (and only 2-3 times a week at that). One day my toddler knocked it down on the table (didn't even fall from it) and the inner and outer pieces separated. Just like that. I have bought items from the dollar store that lasted longer. And at the time I paid $18 for this. The bitter cherry on top is the complete absence of customer support. Like I said I have given them more than enough time, up to now they NEVER responded to my message. No product is perfect but great customer service often makes up for a mishap. I'm not difficult to please. I wanted to like this tumbler because of the size, cute color and the wide straw. SADLY it's trash and so is the manufacturer/seller. Total waste of money.
