Excellent customer service
Ordered two for decorations for important event. One is perfect and beautiful but one is not useable. I have requested expedited shipping with a replacement since the event is next week. I will follow up after I see how they handle the situation. Hopefully I can change my rating to five stars.Rain away contacted me within an hour and are sending a replacement immediately. The umbrella is so pretty and customer service was fast!
