Dry Up Pretty Quickly
I don't recommend buying this particular plug in quantity. They dry out in about a year. They're like sticks within two years, tops. So unless you run a tire repair shop or live next door to a nail factory, don't buy in bulk. I have purchased other plugs that remained usable for many years, but not these. If they dry out, you might be able to soften them up with heat (don't burn down the house) and apply additional glue before inserting the plug.

Old or dryed out, did not work, bought a local brand no issues
These were not sticky or pliable, tough to get in the tire and did not seal. Bought a set from Walmart and they worked the 1st time.

Garbage
Complete garbage. Very messy and sticky. Did not stop the leak. So I bought Slime plugs and those worked perfectly on the same tire.
