Just ordered a replacement, after less than 30 minutes of continuous use, it got stuck on a cycle not moving, then I used the remote to power it off which didn't work so I had to unplug it...then it wouldn't turn back on. Tried the remote, the app, tried replacing the battery in the remote, and tried using other outlets and power bricks. It also no longer connects in the app. Nothing worked to try to fix it. It's a very fun lights system, but as I said I barely even got 30 minutes use out of it before it froze and wouldn't work anymore. Hoping I just got a defective one, I'll update my review when the replacement comes. Edit: sorry for the delayed update, but the replacement works perfectly as intended, and is a very fun lights set. 5 stars. Easy setup, and the app works decently as well.

I bought the Phopollo Bluetooth 24V LED strip lights for my daughter’s room, and she absolutely loves them! The color-changing effects are really pretty, and they give her room a fun and cozy vibe. The lights are bright, the colors are vibrant, and the Bluetooth control makes it easy for her to change the mood whenever she wants. Set-up was simple, and they stuck well to the wall. So far, no issues. Definitely a great buy if you're looking to add some color and personality to a bedroom!

My teenage son ordered these lights for his room. They came quickly and instructions were easy and clear. We did have a problem with one of the strands not working. I emailed the company and got an IMMEDIATE response back. We rec'd a replacement without any trouble. They also expedited the replacement and we received quickly! We hung them today and they look awesome and work perfectly! The remote control has so many different options and the lights can be super bright or you can dim. They turned out so good that now my daughter wants some so we will be ordering again soon!

I used this product for my small bedroom office, the RGB is decent and the 5.0mm diode is bright. The controller is a little cheap, the remote is basic and worked for 3 months before the brightness adjustment stopped working. The controller bugs out sometimes and really the "auto" function (if you can call it that) barely seems to be a function at all and more so just random modes that flash from one to the other. I was disappointed to find that the jumpers are only placed on one end of the stips, making daisy chaining these a soldering job. If you are on a budget and NEED something that is seemingly the same, but cheaper, you can dig around for better ROI. Conversely, the Prime membership gives you these quick enough to make them worth it for me. Overall, good light stips with a decent adhesive, but there are better and also there are cheaper. I rate these puppies the medal of mid-mediocrity, the whites could be a more cool white and not blue, I expect the controller will start bugging out to the point of obsolescence by the end of the year. These are best for decorating a room and not for shelving (for lighting specifically). I have gotten thicker strips with protective silicon over the diodes for the same price, but it was merely 7 ft long. So for the price and the length qualified; these are not bad at all. I advise anyone reading this to look up the different types of LED to see which kind best fits their need, as these strips can vary greatly from one type to another. The SMDs on this one in particular are pretty fragile looking and do not have any enamel or coating for protection. If you are looking for a good cabinet/shelf light I would suggest the 3528, if you need some outdoor weatherproof strips, then the 5630s are a good bet. Obviously, there are many kinds so you may want to spend the time researching.

Does a great job

I am a pretty big fan of these LED lights for projects. I used it for a Cosplay/costume that ended up working really well. I am able to power these through a portable battery to make it work well with my prop for Cult of the Lamb costume. The light is pretty great for my application. The App also allows you to make your own DIY lighting setting that provides quite a few options. I was able to make a plasma looking effect and mess around with the colors to get it just right. Great for the price.

PROs: - The LED strips themselves are great, and stick very well. I ordered 2 sets of these and used 3 reels of the lights, and they all stuck great. - LED color is very good and can be adjusted to a very wide range of colors. CONs: - The 32’ set is actually two separate 16’ reels. This was not stated in the description. I ended up only using one transformer and controller, however, and 3 very short runs of lights (total of 30 feet), so it actually worked in my favor since I didn’t need to splice new ends on where I cut the strips. - But the controller box that controls colors and receives the remote commands is junk. I ordered two sets of these and used the first controller, which first failed by only putting out different shades of blue Then the remote sensor quit working. Ok, I ordered 2 sets but connected all the LED strips to one controller, so I swapped out the controller and everything worked again. The second controller only lasted a single week! - The connectors to the LED light strips are very loose. It seems that all of this style of lights have the same type of connector however, so this issue is likely with all of the brands of these. I had to tape the connections together so they wouldn’t fall out after a couple of weeks. - the power cable is very loose where it goes into the controller box. Had to tape that on as well. All the electrical tape all over everything makes my installation looked literally duct-taped together and like I don’t have a clue but it’s not my fault. - The remote sensor cable is only about 4” long, which is extremely limiting in terms of where you can place it. I am using these in a home theater display and had to get very creative in hoe to mount the box and have it hidden, but the sensor still able to be seen by the remote control. It needs a plug-in connector so an extension cable can be used. I ordered a separate replacement controller of the same type for $12 but if that fails will buy the Mi.Light controller (more money but you get what you pay for, I guess, plus would need to re-rewire my setup a bit). If I had it to do over I would buy the lights separate and the Mi.Light controller, which also has an app for control through your phone. UPDATE: the replacement controllers failed as well. I have now gone through like 5 of them. I replaced them all with the Mi.Boxer ones and those have been rock solid for almost a year now, and can be controlled by an app for color selection. (That is using the same power supplies that came with this original set, so it is specifically the controller that is failing every time.)

The blue light spectrum does not work on one of the two 25ft strips of LED tape which also affects other colors that used blue, tho the other colors that require blue will still light differently without blue, when solid blue is selected the strip doesn't light at all. Because I used both to cover the 4 twelve foot long cove moldings to illuminate the ceiling of a bedroom the 2 strips should work the same to match one another. Fortunately I use the lights in white or off white mode most of the time, which is why I haven't returned them. In their defense, the instructions suggested to test all the color spectrums prior to installation and to return for exchange if they didn't work correctly. Albeit a poor defense in this case, considering they ask the customer to play the role of Quality Inspector. The other issue is that both the cable TV box remote control and the TV remote control when used can turn the lights from dim to bright, which can be quite annoying at times. Otherwise, I really like the light that evenly fills the room, as well as the ease of installation.
