This is a great supplement for kids (and adults too!) it has no taste, dissolves quickly and keeps you regular!

Pros: NO flavor when mixed with something with flavor of its own. Dissolves very completely with a gentle stir. It actually improves the mouthfeel of coffee with oatmilk. Hydrolyzed guar gum is one of the best types of fiber for people with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), and has actually improved my results of prescription drug treatment for SIBO compared to prescription drug treatment alone. Cons: The product tub is too narrow for my hands. I feel like I have pretty average-sized hands. But yeah, those last few scoops exfoliate off a layer of my skin cells as I'm pulling them awkwardly out of the container, haha. if the container were a half inch wider in diameter, this product would be perfect. And at 17.09 on S&S, it's a better deal on Amazon than anywhere else I've seen it for sale, even when discounted.

Love this product, absolutely zero bloating and dissolves completely. I add a scoop to my coffee every morning.

My dietician recommended these for me. They do not taste like anything. I add them to my smoothie every morning. They keep me regular.

Good fiber, I was taking for awhile based on the advice of my functional medicine practitioner. Didn't notice any obvious effects, but I'm sure it was feeding some good microbes. However, I think it would be a better product if it were a combination of many different types of fiber to promote microbial diversity. Just one fiber, even a 'good' one, can lead to an imbalance. Maybe I will make my own fiber blend and include this product, and I suggest others to rotate or mix this PHGG with other forms of fiber.

No taste, I drink it with about half to full glass of water and can't taste a thing 😀 works well as it should, I don't as much as it says, take as your body needs👍 Very much recommend 💯

I swear by this stuff. I used to have frequent loose bowel movements. After starting this I immediately got regular. Just amazing! And the price is very affordable. I've tried many other fiber supplements like benefiber, metamucil, and psyllium husk and nothing worked like this. Highly recommend!

I trust the brand "Healthy Origins". Though I am not noticing any change yet, I believe taking this will not damage my body in any way. I will continue to use it for the next several months or about a year and see... As long as I don't feel/see any downside, I will continue to use it regularly. I love this Unflavored. It mixes well with cold and/or hot drinks. This price is better than other brands but still a bit high for fiber for use as a daily fiber intake regimen. This is too expensive for me to use the daily recommended dosage. I only take the recommended dosage when I'm feeling down. Since I don't see any changes in either a good or bad way, I take about 1 tsp a day. This high price is worth paying if only one sees a life-changing - health turnaround for the better. Other than that, the price is just not what a moderate-income person can afford. Affordable/sustainable price/cost should be part of a Good product. I hope the seller and the manufacturer come up with an affordable solution for a person like me.

I continue to buy this excellent product which was first "prescribed" to me by a naturopath. It works well and is undetectable in smoothies, coffee and juice or water as long as you don't let it sit too long.

As promised-no smell and taste. Dissolves in water easily. Very effective particularly if your diet lacks sufficient fibers

the powder is very chunky. it doesn't dissolve easily like the others do. and it doesn't seem to work for digestion. generally a waste of money. i agree with the other 1 star reviews. it might have been a bad batch so i order another one to be sure. same problem! give me a refund!!!!!!

Yes, it works a little too well, if your diet contains little amount of fiber, I suggest using half a scoop. You might want to consider this advice as I’m writing this while seated on my throne.
