Well-designed and comprehensive kit
Researched multiple travel medical kits prior to a 3-week trip to Tanzania and settled on this one. I was not disappointed. The kit is very well designed, unfolding into 5 separate labeled sections, and includes a range of medicines and first aid supplies. It also includes space and small empty containers for personal medications and allows for additional customization (I removed the small travel medicine booklet to make room for our anti-malarial pills). Came in handy several times.

Excellent - I got several!
Organization useful and instructions great. I rarely need or use First Aid so this is helpful for the novice. I've been to 92 countries and there have been times when this kit would have really helped. Not always easy to find a MD or clinic even if you are staying in a decent hotel. I fainted once from the heat at the Pyramids. The electrolyte salts would have been handy then! My sister got montezumas revenge after eating in a local restaurant and we had no imodium. I fell and got a big gash in my leg in the underground tunnels in Turkey - no help in sight! Now I am older and wiser and will always carry this kit. Contents are good and there is enough room to add meds and specific items you may need. Have recommended to my fellow travelers. I bought another one and used for emergency first aid in my car kit.

Mixed review -- some good and some bad features
Pros: good bag with clear labels, a wide variety of productsCons: No real effective treatment for blisters, Other than a piece of moleskin (uncut). Some of the medications were unfamiliar and the names of the effective ingredients were printed in teensy 2 point font in light pink. This is not a grab and go, this is an open and confirm that you can read and understand the writing. Many of the medications were made in China or India, and that's the meds I could read. For example, the cold medication said "Medique -- Medicinin-D" Well, that's all I could read, so I had to research to find this is a cold remedy. Other Commentary: For $80, it's a fancy bag. I also ordered two of the My Dog and Me kits for other family members who always travel with dogs, so I noticed some differences between the kits. The World Travel bag had a much better designed bag than the My Dog and Me kit. However, this World Travel bag had a large space for personal medications and toiletries. I found this sort of strange, since who stores their toiletries in their first aid kit? I plan to sub out all of the unclear medications made by Medique with standard brands that we can read. Also plan to beef up the blister part and add a separate trauma kit. Overall OK, but not perfect.

Perfect little kit.
I purchased this kit to take with me on a trip to Cambodia this past winter. I am an EMT back in the states and this kit was the perfect little travel kit. It's big enough to cover anything short of a critcial emergency but it was small enough to not at all be a burden for my backpacking trip. Went right in the bottom of my bag and I forgot it was there until I needed it, and when I did it worked perfectly. We used the medications, the cut and scrape stuff, and there was enough spare room in it to keep some homeopathic remedies with us as well. I keep this thing stocked and ready at home, as it also serves as a perfectly equipped and sized home first aid kit. Definately multi purpose, I would take this with me car camping as well.

Poor/cheaply made.
I am very disappointed with this kit. I have buy a number of items from this company and had some success with using them as a starting place for first aid, but this was bad. I thought I may have gotten a lemon so I pulled out another same kit and much to my surprise the kit was a mess. It seems that the plastics and materials they use do not, let me repeat this , they do not hold up with time. The plastic fogged and broken into pieces , and the stuff (being nice) looked in poor shape, I would NOT like to have a injury and pull this kit out, and for the Approx. $90.00 I was very, very disappointed. There are better kits on Amazon that can and will do a better job.

A great resource
I am an avid preparedness enthusiast and maintain two kits, one in my home and one for mobile. I lost my last Adventure Kit, which I bought and customized 5 years ago. So I was trepidatious about getting another and having to customize it all over again.Imagine my surprise when I received this product! Very little customization was necessary. It's not as small as my original, which is great because there is lots of room for additional supplies and, it has elements that are excellent for international travel (which I do occasionally) as well as for the backwoods. The pack is a bid heavy, but for me, the weight is worth it because of the wealth of supplies inside. Virtually every element of aid for common injuries/illnesses was included.I would definitely recommend this to others.

It pretty much has all the basic things you would want
This is a well thought out kit. It pretty much has all the basic things you would want. Contents were in very good condition, well organized, no "outdated" or damaged items. Overall better than expected quality. There are always items you need to add based on your individual requirements and anticipated circumstances. The kit has sufficient room to add additional items - for example, I added an Israeli bandage plus additional medications, splint and a sling without a problem. The bag is also good quality. Overall a convenient way to put together a good kit without having to spend the time building one from scratch. Also, the kit came with a plastic seal on the zippers and a complete content list. There were no missing items.
