Great for wide shoes
Perfect fit for wide Altra shoes. I had trouble finding insoles that fit because of the wide toe box but these fit perfectly. I have low arches so they were a bit uncomfortable at first even after doing the baking method, but they molded more to my foot shape after my first hike and now they are very comfortable. All in all these are very good insoles for shoes with wide toe boxes.

Don't let the price scare you
I wear a pair of Harley boots daily and no matter which insole I would buy I would get hot spots and my feet would be killing me if I walked too far in them or wore them for too long in a day. Even though these cork insoles cost significantly more than gel, foam, and other insoles, they were worth every penny. I was skeptical because they are very thin but they were comfortable from the very start and I have yet to experience any hot spots or aching feet. I'm done with experimenting with the various over-hyped gel insoles which never work as advertised and will only buy these from now on. These insoles also have very good arch support and after a couple of months of heavy use they are as comfortable as the day I started using them.

Decent design but can be unforgiving and not much cushion
I've tried a few different varieties of these insoles. I like and appreciate the cork design fro less plastic use. The trouble I had with these is that even when I heated them up to try to conform to my foot, they didn't really feel like they did, and felt pretty rigid and unforgiving to me. Your foot shape and type may give you a different experience, but for such a spendy insole, I couldn't find one that worked for me and I tried 3 different models with varying levels of cushion and none of them felt great to me. In particular if you have a slightly wider foot (I'm close to a 2E width in most shoes) the outer edge will bite the side of your foot. All the ones I tried did this and the heating method didn't relieve that situation at all. There's a ridge there that will bug you if your foot is a bit wider. These are also made for higher arches, so if you have flatter feet they probably won't feel great either. Well made, good ideas, but not the best comfort for me. I do much better with some of the SuperFeet insoles. Also spendy, but much more comfortable options and different fits.

Fit abd support are excellent
These are just what I wanted! Not squishy, but not too firm either. Just right for any of my sport shoes.

Finally the right fit
Been using Sole for years, but my local shop stopped carrying my style. I tried a different thickness but it was too much. I tried a different brand that was supposed to be comparable, but it was more flexible and didn't do the trick. Looking online I thought I found my regular, only to discover it was the wrong size. My style and size just seems to not exist right now... so I gave these a try.Super comfy! They are giving the right support and have slowly eliminated all the pain I was in when I didn't have tye right ones in my shoes. (I stand a lot for work so it's been rough.) These give support without being super hard - I was nervous about the materials not being sturdy enough, but they are with just enough give to cushion at the same time.

Very Good, high arch and great support, best I've had
I have tried a few models of this brand, I did not like the thin ones but the standard active ones are very good and I have a few pair. I have a very high arch and do not heat fit these. I bought these cork ones thinking they would be warmer in my ski boots and they have not disappointed me, they are definitely warmer and better than other ones I've used.

Not enough for metatarsal capsulitis
I had an expectation that this would be helpful for being able to keep up my walking routine despite the development of metatarsal capsulitis. Nope. Perhaps it would be an adequate insole for metatarsalalgia but for diagnosed metatarsal capsulitis, not so much. It is a nice stiff insole and the lesser price compared to some other insoles that had worked for me in the past was attractive. Unfortunately, the metatarsal pad built into the insole just did not come up to snuff for my needs.

I just received this product two days ago but the two days that I have worn them. I think it will take care of my problem so far so good.

The only insole type that works on my running shoes
This insoles molds perfectly into my daily running shoes, it gave me good arches support and eventually relieve my foot pain. 100/100 would buy again. The only complain I have is that i hope the toe box is little wider, since my running shoe is a little bit wide despite it's regular size
