Tough stuff
I'm using one of these as a float bag in the stern of my classic wooden sailing dinghy. Super tough, holds air even when it gets hot and very firm! No problems even with constant abrasion and abuse because I stuff my tools and even my little outboard under it. Good value, and if the size is right, might make a great thwart for your raft!

Indestructible
I have a 52 Pershing and use 4 of these during large tie ups on the weekends - two on each side. Several times I would be tied up to similar sized boats (50,000lb or more) and the water would be very rough as large cruisers pass by all day. Boats are rocking constantly and pulling on the fenders as the boats are bouncing. Even with the rough water, huge amounts of weight pulling on them, they hold up every time. I was certain the D ring would pull out by now but it's holding up well. One fender has a little fraying at the D ring but it was exposed to many hours of weekend abuse over three years now. The others are newer and show no signs of wear yet. Given the price, if these lasted just one year, it's totally worth it. So far I'm getting 2-3 years and no signs of needing replacement yet. Highly recommended.

Look for another brand of covers, not Bris
1.5 years of use. Fenders are ok so far but neoprene covers not so good. Look at the pictures and be the judge. I am switching to another brand of covers.

Easy to deflate, store and inflate. My 18x30 works for 47' sailboat.
Storage onboard is always a premium. I don't stay docked, so deflating is best for stowage. Much tougher and thicker material than described, and lighter than traditional fenders. Folded and held tightly, looks like 3/16', so about half of that could be the material true thickness. Vinyl is reported as the final layer, as there is a woven material concealed. The 2.25" D rings at each end are very secure, possibly stronger than my fender lines. Will buy again.

We are the envy of the dock.
We are in Jekyll Island GA in a wind storm. Pinned against the dock with 30kt sustained winds, gusts to 40 kts. All around us are boats with the typical fenders, some are crushed, others are popping out from between the boat and the dock. While we are here our Bris 18x30 fenders, handing out information about where to buy them, and how good they are. BRIS, be prepared for a few orders coming your way from this area.

Purchased 2... both broke within weeks
The weakest link here is the material that holds the metal bracket to the fender. Of the two that I purchased 1 ripped within 3 weeks. The 2nd ripped just after my return window closed.

These have got to be one of the best fenders I have ever bought , I have been a comercial skipper for 35 years and this type of fender is the best I have ever come across. Great product. Strong , light , easy to store and inflate.
