Loved the size. It can fit in a small backyard in any corner. A perfect place for a hangout in the evenings.It’s heats up to a perfect desired temperature and timer control gives the freedom to control the usage.

This inflatable hot tub was definitely my most regrettable purchase. It took 4 days to get warm. Which it never got above 92 degrees. The company also admittedly stresses that you only clean with soap and water. After only two times in the 92 degree tub it was already slimy. So given that the manual heavily stressed not using any cleaner and stressed draining the entire tube to clean it only to fill it back up and wait 4 more days for Luke warm water to sit in. Mind you that was still slimy as the manual stressed not running cleaning products through it. This is a poorly designed product and certainly not worth the money and definitely gather time it would take to fill it up every time for one soak in warm water only to dump it out. Clean it and start all over again every time you want to use it. I suggest not buying this.

We bought this tub four months ago. We have had good interaction with the company’s customer service, we finally received a used control panel. Installed, it seems to be working. I’d say it was a bust purchase. The functionality is questionable.

Unfortunately, it doesn't heat well in colder temperatures so I wouldn't buy it if you are planning on using it in cold winters. During the mild months, it works well and the jets are great! We had a few issues but the company was quick to help us out and resolve the issues.Something to think of, the filter also needs changing pretty frequently and they aren't cheap so I would buy them in bulk if you can each time.

Hardest part was making sure it was level so the water doesn't shift to one side, make sure the piece behind the hose connector is tight so it doesn't leak. Other than that I love how it's doing.

Frustrating California regulations will not allow larger unit to be shipped in due to poor energy efficiency. Paid half price for index 9x8x12 pool better filtering capabilities.

NetWorld Sports contacted me and sent a free replacement!! New one is filling up right now. Very happy and the product is very well made, just think I got unlucky on the first one.Spa itself is very sturdy and has great jets! The cover quality is great and the product basically set itself up via the included pump. Would recommend.--Pipe on bottom slipped off rendering the spa broken after 2 weeks of use. Cannot reach company for support (2 emails)

It was very easy to set up. It's the perfect size. It heated up to 100 in about 24 hours. Had to order chemicals and test strips, it took a day or so to get them balanced. We can't wait to get in and soak.UPDATE!!!! 😔 We have used the tub a total of 4 months. It worked wonderfully until today. The heater stopped working. I found the warranty information and called the number. It was a completely different company the website listed does not exist. I found an email and sent them an email. I haven't gotten a response yet. I truly hope that I am able to get it running again. 😔 I have invested so much time and money to maintain this tub.
