Effectively spreads toes to a comfortable distance and creates gel cushion under foot. It does relieve my Morton's neuroma, but only temporarily. If I don't wear them for one day, my toes revert to their former position and pain returns. Not great for someone with poor balance, as the gel honeycomb squishes and causes your foot to somewhat slide to the side a little as you step down. I personally can't wear them for more than a few hours. They start out feeling comfortable, but wear them too long and they cause a different pain in my toes. I find them unfortunately to wear with shoes. If wearing with shoes, you might need to buy something with a wide toe box. Overall, I like wearing them. Feels like I'm getting a pedicure. 😄

The fact that it wraps around the foot to provide padding under ball of foot, in addition to toe separation, doesn’t work for me — this causes compression of the metatarsals that aggravates my Morton’s Neuroma. But, when i cut off the pads and basically reduce the product to just being toe separators, i find that it works quite well to provide SIGNIFICANT RELIEF from my pain!

Kinda weird to get these on - powdering feet helped .Got rid of carpet in our house and don’t wear shoes inside. My feet got sore from the hard surface. I tried indoor slippers but didn’t like them - I just like to wear socks - these added the padding I need and are comfortable and not noticeable when wearing - you forget they are on.

These have been helping with the pain from my Morton's neuroma; however, the honeycomb side that is supposed to go on the bottom of your foot tears easily. To solve this, I just flipped them over and wear the more solid side on the bottoms of my feet and they don't tear.

Purchased these for a nerve problem in my feet in which it's beneficial to reduce pressure between my toes. This just did not work well for me. I followed the measurements and ordered according to the chart. Arrived quickly. Put them on to wear around the house. I expected them to feel strange at first but figured I would eventually get used to them. Wrong. The longer I used them, the more uncomfortable I felt. Toes started to hurt and eventually felt like I put beads between all my toes. I loved how cushioned they were, doesn't slide around when walking, and the foot size was perfect. It was just the toe holes seemed too small (I have skinny toes. I'm 5'3 1/2" and 130 lbs). I didn't return them because I was frustrated so much with the failed product. Have not been able to wear them since.

Having tried quite a few things to relieve Morton’s neuroma, I was happy to find one product that really worked! While they can’t cure or take away the pain completely, these pads extended the time that I could walk comfortably. They stay in place very well. Just be sure to wear them with wider shoes because the pieces between the toes do cause the toes to spread. Not sure if there’s enough room to wear them with flats but they are great with sneakers. Just seconds to wash them in the bathroom sink and they’re ready to go again in no time.

The concept is great. The execution is terrible. They are very difficult to get on, and putting socks on over them is nearly impossible. My first attempt to put my left one on resulted in them tearing. The materials making my feet sweat would not recommend this product.

I’ve been using these due to having a lot of pain on the ball of the foot by my toes. Great support when walking and relieves some of the pain. I wear them all day everyday. After a couple of weeks they do need replacing as they wear through on the bottom. They do not roll down or move but I do have very slender feet so maybe that’s why they work so well for me. I would recommend trying them but they may not be suitable for everyone’s needs but for me they work well.

Good idea but should be thicker, no air holes as these cause the skin to poke thru making the skin sore and the silicone should cover more of the ball of the foot

I got these to ease a Morton’s neuroma. However they were so uncomfortable that I was in more pain from these than the neuroma. The design means your toes get squashed/rubbed by the inserts, regardless of what shoes you are wearing. As I have worn one I don’t think I can return for a refund.

These have been so helpful in relieving metatarsal pain, that I have ordered many pairs now. Not sure what I would have done without them.

Bought for an issue with my little toe. Whilst these helped the issue I was in such pain after a day wearing these as they are very tight and I have the narrowest shoe width fitting.
