Short Version:I started with a 4 star review after using 4 of the containers for a few months because that was all I could pull apart. But all 4 containers did their jobs. The lids sealed tight, and were easy to open/close without lots of mess. After opening the next 4 containers today and putting in my extra nuts, I noticed one container did not seal properly. The lid worked fine, but the container was missing part of the rim that locks the lid closed. That brought the review down to 3 stars - not sure if more of the containers will be damaged or not, and still difficult to separate for use :/Positive Details:These containers are sturdy, stackable and transparent enough to see the contents easily. The labels are large enough for short and long names. The set comes with a pen to use too. Transferring rice and arrowroot powder into the containers was quick and not too messy. The containers closed tight and were easy to lock into place; also reopen during cooking and baking. Great size too. Each container holds a lot. Some people may disagree, and I understand that.Example: A 1lb container of rice will not fit, but 3/4 of a pound will. That's because the rice package measured in weight, not volume.Negative Details:The containers arrived as 4 sets of 4 containers nestled inside each other with the lids in the top container. I am not weak or super strong. My manual dexterity is about average too. So pulling the containers apart should not have made my fingers and hands hurt as much as it did. After spending 2 hours or more trying to pull apart the first 4 containers, I set them aside for a month. It was too frustrating to continue.Today I opened another set of containers. The way they are packaged, you can't tell if the rims are damaged or not. The container seal works by having the lids "lock" in place over a rim at the top of the container. Without the rim, the lid cannot lock into place. Since I couldn't use it for pantry storage, I decided to use this container for my breakfast/snack granola and keep it on my work desk.Still have 8 more containers to open and see how they work. My intention is to use them for sugar, flour, and fine powders like arrowroot that make a mess when I try to use the original packaging. Or get hardened into lumps for the sugar.

Okay, so the 100 acre woods on the left side of my property sold to developers and they have cleared the ground for 327 new homes. I was one of the lucky houses already in existence. I've had more deer, bunnies, moles, insects in general and mice. This last one (mice) is what prompted me to buy these airtight containers. I've had these for a month now and have already killed 3 mice and am continuing the hunt. These containers have ALL my dry goods, breads and spices in them. They have been sturdy additions to my pantry and to be honest I'm not sure why I didn't do this before. It's saved my food and my sanity (I always feel like my house is disgustingly filthy if I find mice nibbles on food bags or OTHER gross things)

The reason for 5 stars is due to the questions. Are they sturdy, yes. Is the thickness quality, yes. Are they sheer enough to see through, yes. My only complaint is size. The description states they are 16.69 x 13.62 x 8.03 inches. They are 8 inches tall, 5 inches deep and 3 inches wide. Perhaps they meant centimeters but I cut and pasted the item description from their product information. If I needed numerous containers of this size, they would be fabulous; however, I needed pasta containers that are at least a foot tall. The other issue for me is the distance between my shelves would not allow me to stack them. Size is my only complaint and again not for any reason except I needed taller storage containers. The product did not appear cheap or of poor quality. I would definitely purchase if I needed containers this size. PLEASE BE AWARE, PRODUCT IS NOT THE SIZE STATED ON DESCRIPTION.

I like the size very much, very useful, only problem is try closing the top without a problem. I give it 4 stars for this reason, but I am still pleased with my purchase

I’m very satisfied with this purchase. The quality is good, it’s easy to clean and they fit very well in my kitchen shelfs. All my friends ask me about this product when they visit me. I recommend this product

The media could not be loaded.  I didn't think I had bugs, considering I haven't seen evidence of any. I thought I was buying these for aesthetic organization. This bag of rice disagreed with me. Discovered to my horror as I poured the bag out into the container that it (and only it, nothing else) was invested! Clapped the lid on that container so fast I broke the sound barrier. Now I have a surprise ant farm in the patio til my non-allergic partner can dispose of our unwanted guests. Can confirm that the bugs are trapped in that container like Yugi's grandpa in the shadow zone, so I figure it'll keep them out as well too. No complaints.

They arrived very organized, there was no damage. They fit perfectly in the space I needed them in. I love the color of the seal and it's very tight, but still easy to open, no more broken nails! I've changed the labels they come with because I'm not a huge fan of the chalkboard stuff but the labels were very nice quality and went on easy, and actually came off easy too. There was no leftover residue but they didn't just fall off either.

After a couple weeks of looking at various sets, I finally decided to order these for us. I wanted the same size and upon measuring, since I don’t have a pantry, decided these would work best for our kitchen cabinets. These are a sturdy hard plastic, but it is a pain to get them to slide/break apart. For some items I did have to use 2 containers (ex. Rice, flour) but I am okay with that as we really don’t have that many food items. I do want to see if the cereal will hold up and not go stale so if it doesn’t I may edit my review.

Me llegaron antes, en buen estado, las tapas y contenedores se ven resistentes, los probaré a ver que tal funcionan, me gustan mucho. Incluye las etiquetas y una pluma.Hasta el momento han resultado bastante buenos, los alimentos se mantienen bien, son herméticos (las hormigas para nada que pueden ingresar). Buena compra, estoy encantada

Son transparentes, opacos, pero muy bonitos y resistentes. El sello es muy bueno y se ve que va a ayudar a conservar los alimentos frescos por mucho tiempo. Me hubiera gustado que hubiera opciones de color para el sello, tal vez blanco o negro. Pero el color azul está bonito y discreto. Y el que sean del mismo tamaño, hace que se vea más ordenada la despensa

Quería que supieran que vienen todos del mismo tamaño pongo de referencia mi mano para que lo consideren. Me gustaron me funcionaría que vinieran igual de otros tamaños pero estoy satisfecho con lo que recibí

Me encantó! La caja venía maltratada pero el producto venía intacto. Lo volvería a comprar y a mi familia le encantó también, haré pedidos para ellos. Puedes pensar que 16 piezas es mucho, pero no! Ojalá fueran 20!
