Finally! I’ve found a colouring book that doesn’t overwhelm me and cause more stress. So thankful I’ve found a colour by number for adults book. Helps to reduce the decisions to be made and the concern of it clashing or not looking right. I use pens for this book as I prefer a bolder look, even though each pattern is single sided I’ve still had to place an extra sheet of paper behind it to avoid pens seeping through to the next pattern. I can’t seem to find a pack of colouring pens or pencils that contain all the colours needed without buying a large 60+ set. At the moment I’m making do with various pens I have but I am on the look out for the pen set to accompany this book.

This colouring book is ok

I like having the colours chosen and find that I can use this book to help me relax. Love seeing the end result of all the different colour combinations.

The book is good and the colouring is very relaxing! The only thing I will say is the pages are quite thin and the black ink from the lines bleeds into the colours. This could be because of the pens I use I don’t know, I guess if you used pencils this wouldn’t happen either. Also the colours are quite hard to match but I just make up my own! All in all it’s a good book that does it’s job 😀 I have inserted a photo of the black ink bleeding.

Nice colouring book patterns are good too. Helping to keep my occupied while recovering from surgery

Wirklich ein tolles Buch! Ich liebe Malen nach Zahlen, aber mag es überhaupt nicht mit Pinsel und Farbdosen zu hantieren. Da kommen mir Malbücher gerade recht. Vor allem kann man beim Malen nach Zahlen wunderbar abschalten weil man nicht noch lange überlegen muss welche Farben man nimmt 😅 Ich male in solchen Büchern am liebsten mit Alkohol-Markern. Allerdings sollte man nicht vergessen ein dickes Blatt oder eine Prospekthülle oder etwas ähnliches hinter die Seite zu legen wenn man mit Alkohol-Markern malt, denn es drückt sich sonst durch das dünne Papier auf die nächste Seite durch. Das Papier ist wahrscheinlich eher für Holz-Buntstifte gedacht, weil wirklich dünn, aber mit einer Unterlage geht es problemlos auch mit anderen Stiften.

This is a really nice Color By Number for adults with a good variety of patterns from geometric to floral to swirl. Some have simplistic designs and some more intricate, but none of them are overly complex or have extremely tiny details to try to color. All the numbers are a good size to read, but they will show through most colors and mediums after the picture is finished. There are 50 unique patterns to color with no duplicate images . There is a color chart on the back cover which gives both color examples as well as a generic color names for each number. You can either match your colors exactly to the colors shown, or use the generic names (like light blue, medium blue, dark blue, etc.) to pick your own hues. Also, 4 of the back pages contain custom color charts for you to fill in with the medium of your choice, 2 have the generic names of the colors as listed on the color chart on the back, and 2 are completely blank so you can choose your own color scheme entirely. This is a really nice feature I have not often come across in Color By Number books. However, you will have to cut the pages out of the back of the book if you want to look at them while you are coloring. The paper is a good quality, medium weight paper perfect for colored pencils, and there is a black ink backing on each page for pen and markers so the ink does not bleed through. I would advise using a piece of cardstock behind whatever picture you are coloring in, because the black ink will rub off faintly with even medium pressure and leave a ghost image of the pattern you are coloring on the page behind. On the black ink back of each page there is also a faint copy of the number code included. This is a nice touch as all of the color charts are found in the back of the book, however they do not have any way of actually adding the color to these for visual reference. I would have liked it if the color chart on the back of the page only listed the colors needed for the page across from it, but all the ink backs have the full 30 number color code listed so you have to first hunt through each pattern to figure out which numbers/colors you will use for that page. This is a really relaxing, frustration-free Color By Number book!

Me encantan los libros con números, ya que aunque no siempre siga el patrón me ayudan mucho a crear libremente, adaptándolo con una base de la que ya no me tengo que preocupar. Muy satisfecha, ojala saquen más.

Excelente calidad. El tamaño de los números es grande lo cual funciona perfectamente para personas con visión limitada.
