Used it on my ninja wood fire that I hadn’t cleaned in a year with using 3-4 times a week in the summer months. Needless to say it was a disaster. This product worked amazingly. I sprayed it on and let it soak for 2 minutes. Used a spray bottle with just water, scrubbed it with a standard dish brush and so much gunk came off instantly. I did this twice and it only took about 30 minutes. This product definitely did most of the work for me. Will be buying again but I only used 1/4 of the bottle so it will last a few more cleanings.

Smoker has roughly 500 hours since last deep clean, since it's a vertical pit boss with fan and electronics in the bottom, water rinse isn't an option ( or taking all the way apart again) I was skeptical about how good it was with out the harsh cleaners and water rinse. I am a believer now, stuff is amazing no harsh smell, clings to surfaces, and removes caked on grease and smoke residue. The job it did just on the door window alone is worth buying this. The window looked like it was spray painted with black and brown paint,let it sit for 20 minutes and it all wiped right off. Only question is can I buy it by the gallon?

Does a good job of getting the majority of stains out

I have a Traeger smoker I haven't used in a while. Some gunk had accumulated throughout, but with Kona (and a modicum of elbow grease) the gunk be gone. I've used several different cleaning products over the years on grills, smokers, etc., and this Kona degreaser is right at the time. Good quality product. As with any type of spray product, there is some waste when you spray on grates. I also like the fact that it's not an ozone buster. Overall, a product a would purchase again.

Bought this to clean my nexgrill gas grill grates.It's no better than any other brands I've used in the past.Does an OK job at best. Won't be buying it again.

I wanted to wait for my second BBQ to make my review. It has been nothing short of fantastic. After the first BBQ, I sprayed it, waited a minute, and scrubbed it off. All the food particles came off nice and easy. It's definitely a vast improvement over the yellow bottle that I was using.The second time, I couldn't clean the grates right away. I put the grill grates in a disposable aluminum tray, sprayed the grates, and let them sit in the tray with hot water. After waiting 15 - 20 minutes, and the porcelain grates were super smooth, as though they were brand new.Definitely my go-to product for cleaning, as it even did well with cleaning the outside of my charcoal grill. Fantastic product, and I love that I only need one cleaner to do both jobs.

you can't just spray this on and wipe it off. it helps to break through the build up but it isn't like the overnight cleaners out on the market.
