I was worried about buying this because of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised at just how well it works. Every once in a while I will get an under-voltage error, but a quick restart seems to fix it. The holding tank takes exactly a 2-liter bottle of soda. Don't bother with slushy mixes, just use your favorite soda as long as it has sugar in it. Sugar free drinks will not work. This has been the best summer time purchase! Everyone from my apartment stops by to get a slushy and it is a great conversation starter. Through this darn machine I have ended up creating a stronger community.

The item didn’t work from the get go. Maybe it was dropped during shipment or maybe it’s just not a good product. One side never worked and always had an error message. The other side would work sometimes and then eventually got the same error message. To return this item, the seller has to pay for the return shipment. The size of the box and weight of the item, the cost of return is at cheapest still over $100. If you want to buy this item, I suggest buying from a store that sells it, in case you need to return it’s only a drive to a store.

I was nervous after reading the other reviews, but took a chance anyway. Bought for my kids hot summer's day treats. It works great, within 30 min. we had perfect slushes.

Getting product support is horrible. You call the help center that is in California, but all they do is take your call to create a service ticket. They can’t help with any issues. After a ticket is created you can only communicate via email. So you will be ask one question, after you answer it you have to wait a day for a reply because the tech support is overseas and they are not operational during the day time in the us. It will take about a week or so to figure out an issue with this process. I had to do my own research online to try and figure the issue I was having. Unless you have dealt with a slushy machine before, I wouldn’t recommend this product for a first time user. My issue was it was not freezing the liquid to turn it to slush. I hade to add water to the mixture to get it right. Once again I am a first time user and I didn’t know this. The direction that come with the unit is horrible written. And it is not first time user friendly either.

The directions that came with this machine were useless. We watched the video on this page, so I was able to see how to access the clean mode. We ran water through it on the clean mode to clean it out before we used it. I attempted a Rose slushy. I added equal parts rose and water. I added one part simple syrup. We turned the machine on and pushed the arrow button up to 15. It took one hour to turn to slush. I also made some other cocktail concoction of iced tea, Gin, and Simple syrup. When that didn't seem to be turning slushy after an hour I added water a little at a time and it eventually got to a good consistency.

I have a problem with my settings and emailed the vendor they solved my problem. It works perfectly..

This machine was easy to set up, directions were easy to follow. It is light enough that even I can carry. Clean up on the machine is just as easy. Highly recommend purchasing one.

Do not buy , I bought it five months ago was a huge mistake was leaking since day one Contacted customer service after 6 weeks they sent me a replacement which was with less options and been told by customer service that's the newer model although it has the same model number but had no night mode or juice mode so you have to leave it working all night !!! And end up with huge mess every morning due to the excessive leaking . 1st machine ended up in the garbage. Same thing happened with the 2nd machine I just get used to clean under it but now the motor is seized due to the leaking No longer working . It is the worst purchase I ever did Do not buy waste of time money and effort
