Smells good and works great
I've used other purple shampoos in the past. Mostly I would use shimmer lights because it was the easiest one to find. I decided to look for a different shampoo this time just because I was curious what else was out there. My hair is naturally blonde with very light highlights and color on the bottom and my natural blonde on the top 3-4 inches of new growth. Between swimming in the ocean and pool and being out in the sun a lot, my hair has changed becoming lighter and dry. It's also getting brassy on the ends where it has the color treated areas. I really like this shampoo because it actually smells good. I hate the smell of shimmer lights. This shampoo also has made my hair feel really soft and look shiny. I've used it 3 times now and I already see a difference. My friend asked me if I lightened my hair bc it just looks brighter.

Preserve light highlights despite monthly dark root touch up
I have dark blonde/auburn hair with lots of straw colored highlights. As my grays come in I need to go to the salon every six weeks for a dark root touch up. Invariably my pill highlights absorb the dark base until the base color starts to fade, but then it’s time for another root touch up! Now are use this shampoo the day following my root touchup and my bright highlights magically reappear. I no longer have the problem of dark base compromising invariably my pal highlights absorb the dark base until the base color starts to fade, but then it’s time for another root touch up! Now are use this shampoo the day following my root touchup and my bright highlights magically reappear. I no longer have the problem of dark base compromising the my very light highlights. And now I know I won’t need to highlight my hair every three months just to get the brightness back, the shampoo does the trick! It’s excellent, gentle on the hair, I have no problem with tangling or dryness. And it smells divine.

It works great just condition heavily with use.
This product is great for taking out the brassiness in your blonde. I used this when going from dark cherry brunette to get back to blonde. I started highlighting to work my way back to blonde and after my first set of highlights I started implementing this shampoo. It really helped progress from dark to lighter. My only complaint was that it seemed to dry my hair out more so than other purple shampoos I have used in the past. I just made sure to use a deep conditioning mask afterward. All in all it is a good purple toning shampoo and it does work.

Product smells great!
We've used this in the past and it always performs well. This arrived with the pump up and full, which leads me to believe it was used. This also caused it to leak in the box.

Can’t go wrong with TIGI Bed Head’s purple shampoo
The price for my usual L’Oréal Everpure purple shampoo was through the roof, so figured it was a good opportunity to look around.Chose Bed Head’s bc I’ve enjoyed other products of theirs over the years and reviews were good. The only negative I saw was that the pump was pretty wimpy. I could live with that!I wasn’t disappointed though as noted, the pump is less than impressive😅But it hit the mark on silky feel, super lather, nice fragrance, and does a respectable job doing its purple thing (keeping reds at bay). And the price atm (~$11)is reasonable if not a steal!Recommended!

Chase That Brassy Look Away
As a former hairdresser I’m always surprised by how many women who have highlights or bleached blonde hair do nothing to keep the tones up between treatments. Ladies, you’ve spent hard earned money to get the look you want! Yes, your color must be cared for and it’s easy to avoid that brassy look (it’s the sun, you know) by using toning shampoos and leave in conditioners. After trying a few different products I can highly recommend this shampoo. Use it every time you wash your hair, leave in around 5 minutes then rinse til clear. After shampoo conditioners will not affect the tone though I do recommend a leave in conditioner you can apply to hair that’s around 50% dry. This is an inexpensive alternative to costly salon visits. You won’t be disappointed. Just a note here, you’ll want the purple…the blues are for gray hair.

Smells amazing, works beautifully!! Noticed a difference by the 2nd wash
The first purple shampoo I used was Shimmerlights, and I felt that was too drying and chemically-scented. I love this Bed Head one, it smells SO good and I feel it doesn’t fry my hair. Purple shampoo tends to work better on dry hair and left on to sit, though you’d have to use way more product with this method. I’ve only used this product twice in the shower (because I was too lazy to let it bake) and I already noticed my brassy/yellowy hair turn lighter, I even got compliments from my boyfriend who never notices a thing. For me, when I use on wet hair in the shower, I put this shampoo on first & wrap my hair in a bun, then do the rest of shower so the product has more time to sit. One bad thing is that the packaging came pretty beat up and the product inside was an explosive mess, as a lot of other reviews have warned about.
