It actually works!!
I can’t believe how well or fast it worked. I don’t write a lot of reviews. But I was in such pain and google told me it was likely PF. So I came across this thing and ordered it. I used it and by about day 5 I woke up with 80% less heel pain. It was the first time I haven’t gotten out of bed limping in a month. I absolutely recommend. And a tip for you all, just put ProStretch into YouTube and they have walk through guides on using it.

Great tool for PT
Works great. Amazing stretch! I like the adjustable sizing and the toe block changes up the depth of the stretching. Recovering from a torn plantar fascia so the deep stretching with this tool is far greater tgan I can manage on my own.

The Toe insert is great because it stretches the tendons of my toes
I needed to purchase a pair of rockers so I could exercise both feet at the same time and get done with it. I could not decide between the Prostrech Plus and the NA healthcare Foot Rocker, so I purchased one and one. I do not regret it. Both have advantages and differences. So NAH gives you a steeper stretch even though the arches are the same size but the heel stopper length are not. The PSP has a stopper farther away from the heel position, so your heel will not reach the floor, stretching your ankle as much as the NAH. This can be fixed by placing the heel insert very close to the center, but big feet people will have their foot sticking out. I am a woman's 7. The Toe insert is great because it stretches the tendons of my toes, which does not happen with the PSP. Also If I need to reach something the PSP stays put and attached to my shoe which permits me move around one or two steps, as if walking with stilts. It is not the purpose and could be considered unsafe, but it comes handy. The inserts in the PSP do not come off that easily as others claim. Maybe with time they will. The heel insert of the PSP is taller than the NAH so it hurts me more. I am glad I ordered one and one, but if I had to order only one. I will chose the NAH because it gives me a better stretch, easier to use, one piece and cheaper.

For Plantar Facsiitis, stiff ankle & stiff lower leg
This really helped stretch my foot, including the bottom, as well as my ankle & lower leg. It’s NOT EASY to use, but is worth the effort it takes to use it, because the results are well worth it. You MUST wear a shoe when using it, or you will hurt your foot & not get the desired results. Immediately after using it, your foot, ankle & leg might feel a little sore, but when breaking down tightness that has been there possibly for years....a little soreness would be NORMAL. I have done massage therapy for years now & never saw this type of tool before. When I did, I found there were lower quality & higher quality examples. I like THIS ONE because it has a lot more reinforcement in the “rocker” area at the bottom. Others, without as much reinforcement, made lighter & thinner, could break if enough force, or weight were on it. That could cause the user to fall & be injured. So, I opted for this stronger heavier duty tool. A couple of days after putting it to the test, places in my ankle began to loosen up that had been extremely stiff for years. PLEASE REMEMBER: When using any type “massage” or body stretching tool, results are not always immediate. Sometimes, results will be felt a few days later. Sometimes some pain & or discomfort accompanies using the tool, but LATER, once the body has had time to carry away the toxins stuck in the tight cells & tissues, & to adust to the new, not so tight tone, full realization of the treatment by this tool can be felt. I for one, really like this & am glad I bought it. I feel better as a result of using it.

Brilliant idea! Great contraption!
This is a wonderful contraption! It is sturdy and well made. Comes with instructions for beginners. Seems it would do well for anyone to stretch any part of the foot. I found, as an aging professional dancer, that I needed to adjust the toe and heel blocks, and it worked best barefooted so the foot was flat against the plastic. Using massage balls first, then exercising with this contraption, and finishing with the proper creams, my foot went from stiff and swollen to working like it's counterpart. And all for a fraction of the cost of the wooden versions or dancer specific versions. Brilliant idea! Thank you!

Useful for non athletes too
I keep this under my desk. Puts my fidgeting to good use. Stretch my feet and calves while I work.

Not Made Well
I tried using this Prostretch Plus for a few weeks and followed the directions which say not to use the toe piece right away as it's for advanced stretching. So I used it with just the heel piece which was ok, gave a pretty good calf stretch altho I don't think it was any better than doing a standing calf stretch against the wall or dropping my heels on a stair tread for stretching. After a couple weeks I put the toe piece on to get the plantar fasciitis stretch. Problem is that with the toe piece on my sneaker got stuck between the toe and heel piece every time and the only way I could remove it was to take my foot out of the sneaker, sit in a chair and pull the thing out of the sneaker; Very Annoying! not to mention awkward and risky for falling. I don't think it's made well and also expensive as it's just a piece of hard plastic. I returned it.
