Best fish oil caps ever
Have used these fish oil caps for several years and they are easy to swallow, do not repeat and the time I ran out for 10 days , I developed a frozen shoulder, - coincidence?, maybe, but I won’t run out again!!

Really good fish oil.
After a lot of research I picked these. They seem to be rated highly by quite a few independent websites. No aftertaste and fishy burps. Would highly recommend if you are looking for quality fish oils. Plus the benefit of having Vitamin D added too.

Expire day.
I bought six of this product in June and I was disappointed and surprise that is the expiration will be in November which is a few months away. It was not mentioned that this product will be expiring soon.

Holy Grail Supplement
Easy to swallow, no digestive issues (I take first thing in the morning), nice flavour. I definitely notice a difference in the strength of my nails when I take them.

Good omega 3 supplement
My always go to omega 3 supplement. No fishy after taste. The capsules a bit large but easy to swallow. A bit expensive but worth it for the quality.
