I love this digital photo frame! High quality screen, does a nice picture show. You can change how it displays the photo transitions. You can also set the timing. Easy to use for people who use gadgets.I wish instead of selecting photos to display, that you could make your own albums, dump photos in there & then play them. It is tedious selecting like 40 pictures, then accidentally touching the wrong part of the screen & all of the pictures unselect! Highly annoying.You can upload copyright free audio files to play, but no music is included & I think you cannot play music with the photos for a show, but I could be wrong. I would like soft classical, holiday music, upbeat music, that would be fun!I am not sure if that was a screen protector included, but it looked like a flimsy piece of plastic, so I threw it away. They should mention it in the manual. There was also some sort of piece of foam included & again I tossed it, unsure of what to do with it. I imagine it was part of the packaging???Last thing I don’t like is you have to edit your videos so they are tiny clips. Not fun. I like the videos the way I took them!All in all I think this is the wave of the future for digital photos! I love watching my pictures in a nice frame on my desk!

It works just fine if you load your pix to the se card. Picture quality is great. The app that’s supposed to simplify the process doesn’t work. Their web site sends you a verification code for you to log in and that part isn’t working as of this writing. I tried many times over a few days, nothing.Kodak isn’t a Chinese company afaik…lots of Chinese in the instructions??Regardless…It’s Chinese made of course. Maybe they don’t understand that when you pay for stuff you actually expect it to work…without prior party approval.

I've been enjoying this photo frame until around 16 months of use. Called Customer Service who worked with me many times. They told me to save my photos, then reset the frame. After that I was supposed to be able to make my folders again and add the photos from the usb.Instead when I tried to do this it wouldn't work, the customer service rep didn't know why but kept trying to find out every 2 weeks or so.So I decided to start over by using the app to add photos to folders. I got a screen saying I've run out of time and I need to pay $3, $5, or $10 a year for 1 - 3 GB. Can't find anywhere where it says I'd have to pay in the future.Not happy. Going to buy a Frameo digital frame - gave one to my friend and hers is working great.

This picture frame was a great way to keep my parents in the loop of my activity as well as my kids. You see my parents have no clue how to use social media and like most traditional folks they keep physical photos all over their homes, however, unlike them my family and I are more likely to post our memories on social media.Buying the Kodak picture frame was a great investment, they got to see all the memories we created and were up to date with our current adventures. We simply connected it to their Wi-Fi and added images to the cloud which would appear on their frames instantly. Not to mention we could also add those cute snap videos we made or audio to go along with our images. The image resolution is great and the storage capacity is amazing. Honestly, one of the best and most convenient products I have come across.

I have purchased several of these picture frames and the experience has remained the same every time. As a wedding photographer, I was looking for a creative way to make my clients feel special whenever I gave them digital copies of their photos which always tend to be a lot. Anyways, I came across this picture frame and it turned out to be everything I needed. Not only did it have great storage space but it didn’t tamper with the resolution of my photos and that was just amazing. What makes it even more amazing is the feedback I receive from my clients after having it. They enjoy it a lot and the best part about it is they get to continually add photos down the line and add new memories. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This is a beautiful photo frame, and feels very sturdy. It's easy to position with the swivel stand, and the blue accents look great. The software, however, really needs some work. I received lots of errors when trying to connect it to Wifi.. finally discovered it does NOT support 5GHz Wifi, only 2.4GHz (outdated!). Also, it can't seem to randomize photos, it just shows them in the same sequence all the time. I'm hoping a software and app update might fix these problems.

My siblings and I got this for my mom for mothers day and she absolutely loves it. its a great way to share events and what's going on in our lives with each other. I love that you can send pictures to it from anywhere. So if one of us is on vacation or we can't see everyone else soon, we can send our pics for them to see still.

I love the frame. However there should be a manual included. The little book with about 5 sentences of English was not a lot of help, I had to use google to figure it out.

Es un excelente portarretratos, las actualizaciones que ha recibido al software cada vez lo hacen más amigable y útil, es útil que tenga batería incluida (por eso lo compre) aunque puedes utilizarlo conectado, sin embargo la batería no dura más de 6 horas con la intensidad de luz al 60%.El punto por el que doy solo 1 estrella es algo que no puedo creer de un producto de Kodak, y es, que la pantalla tiene una protección de plástico, así es, la parte delantera es de plástico y de hecho súmamente delicado, en un pequeño recostón sobre unos plumones bastó para quedar completamente rayada. Si compras una tablet de las más baratas tendrás un vidrio protegiendo la pantalla.
