After tons and tons of research, I know this is the world's best MSM (the coarse crystals, the company profile, the processing, etc.). But alas, I took many such supplements for months and months, but my eyes, joints, tendons, and whatever else, did not seem to really do much. AND unfortunately, sulphurs (even natural ones) collect in the body. They're not as immediately destructive as the chemical sulphurs in the prescription meds, but they collect and cause a yellowing in your pupil and many other chronic issues. So I'm off all the stuff now... doing fruit-only diet and THAT IS helping everything!And as with any supplement, use it until you can change your diet, then get off the supplements (because supplements are NEVER whole food like in nature, no matter what the manufacturer says). These supplements are usually very expensive (in dollars these supplements are about half the price!)... but I only buy supplements that I knew from the U.S. so had to pay extra.
