These Chipotle have great red color, nice aroma, and wonderful flavor. But they are hot. Try them.

Dried but still pliable ..nice smoky taste ..not too much... spicy but not too hot ...were great in matcha oil and peanut and peppers "salsa"

Great flavor. Fair price, fast shipment.Lots of seeds ...peppers are well dried and hard to cut open and rid of seeds. I found it was best to wait until softened (after boil) cutting open with scissors, seeds were then easy to remove.Very tasting pepper. Better than local grocery store. Will buy again ...and again

Sin embargo, son chiles secos, no estoy seguro que es importante?Came right in time for a wonderful recipe we had. Tasted great, just a bit spicy fyi. Packaging was a bit flimsy and could be in a better plastic bag to at least make you think it’s fresh. However it’s dried chiles so not sure it matters? Anyway ty for selling these ethnic food items on amazon!

Loved the quick delivery. Roasted the peppers to put in chili. Great flavor.

These chipotle peppers have a wonderful smell and flavor. They have some softness still left in them so still very usable. They're spicy hot so you don't need to use a lot in a recipe unless you want a high level of chili hotness. The only downside is that they are expensive. But if you don't have easy local access then these are nice to have.
